not worth the cost Hi there, I’m sorry Lyros didn’t feel worth the cost after your first couple of days. I reached out and offered a full refund because I want every merchant to feel treated fairly, even when the app is not the right fit. I’d still be happy to understand what fell short — pricing, credits, output quality, or workflow — so we can improve. Lyros is designed to help merchants generate SEO-ready titles, descriptions, tags, and alt text in bulk while reviewing everything before publishing.

Don't waste ya money signed up to unlimited they take your money and there no support they don't respond ever. Used the app for an hour said used my quota but yet was on unlimited payment plan. Have reported them to Shopify
Great app, Easy to set up, Support was very helpful answering questions had, Love the fact you can redirect 404 to where you want not always back to the homepage.
Removed the app very expensive compared to others, switched apps as found better one Seoant that does errors instantly and you can also choose where to send each link to rather than just always homepage. App also allows 5000 fixes for 7.99 a month whilst Notfoundbot charges 9.00 for 1500 and only works if customer clicks on broken link

That said, your new review is misleading. Our app is FREE for the first 1500 visitors per month. At our $9/mo plan, it covers your next 30,000 visitors to your website each month. Yes, our app operates in such a way that it looks for real visitors clicking broken links and helps them find what they are looking for. Many 404's happen because of bad links in advertising, emails, social media, etc. Site scanners don't pick up those links. We get them all, in real-time as visitors click on them! None the less, happy you found a solution that works for you. All the best!
App terrible, Does not get you more followers to Tiktok as there no way for customers to go to your profile, Videos don't play half the time works when wants to plus the video quality is poor and blows out the videos so cant see the whole thing. We are removing this app as so bad and going to a better one

Had trouble getting app to work Christopher offered to help gave him our Microsoft number plus sent a invite but never bothered to help us. So deleting this app due to can't get it to work and no support you can trust.

Had issues with the app for 5 hours they kept saying they would fix it be done in a few minutes and they need access to the store which did 24 hours later still not fixed and got told had to wait even longer gave up with the lies from support team
