I just downloaded the app with the help of Aisha who was extremely prompt in replying and helping me. It is quick to fix issues and I am quite excited to see how this works. Very responsive and helpful.

Have been struggling with the app and try to get help via their chat box but no one responds...not sure how to get help from their team.
The widget looks great on my website and the back-end support was very good. Really happy with this App it has helped me with my sales.
I have been using this platform for a while and was happy with it but lately it their service is POOR. I tried their advanced paid plan for a month for international payments but it was never activated on my platform. I only came to know on the last day that they needed some paper work. When I tried to downgrade the plan it has not been done and now I will be charged for another billing cycle. :((( A account manager would be a good idea for each client.

This App is exactly what I was looking for. It is easy to use and is perfect when you want to reach a larger audience. Extremely good support and they are quick to solve issues. Great service by Bhavik, Reshma and his team.
Love this app..and most of all the service! I recently interacted with Tattu as I was having problems integrating it into my website. She was quick to respond and help me fix it. Really happy and would definitely recommend it.

I had a bit of trouble with my set up. The Omnisend team was quick to help and follow up. Their templates are very nice and look professional.
