We recently switched to Okendo to test performance and functionality compared to our current provider, Stamped, and so far we are really impressed. The reviews product in particular has stood out. We are already noticing higher engagement and conversion through the review widget, which has been great to see early on. Onboarding was seamless. The team helped us turn things around quickly, given our specific needs, which we truly appreciated. We are also really enjoying the AI features so far like the AI summary and AI auto-reply feature. Today we had our first meeting with our CSM, Laura, and she came prepared with so many valuable suggestions to help increase our review rate. We are looking forward to continuing to optimize our account and seeing what new features are on the horizon. Highly recommend Okendo to anyone looking to level up their reviews experience.

With the evolution of AI, it's imperative that E-commerce stores adapt and use it in tandem with their existing support channels to optimize the customer support experience. After looking for several chat AI partners, we settled on Relish because of their capability, responsiveness, and cost. Being a Relish client now for almost a year, I am happy with their services and the AI touch they add to our website. We are able to deflect many common questions through our chat in a seamless conversation flow. The support staff is incredibly responsive, helpful and proactive. Gorgias is definitely my favourite business customer support portal. The options are endless and the support team is incredible. They have constant webinars which I love to watch just to see if I'll learn something new that I don't know. If I ever have a question, their live chat support is super helpful. There's always room for improvement, and with this they are very forthcoming about new features coming down the pipeline and always willing to take suggestions to make the experience more improved for the future. The functionality is very useful. I can't say enough good things :)
