Really useful idea for a small business like ours. Customers sometimes realise they've picked the wrong kit or typed the wrong address, and now they can sort it themselves. Setup took very little time and the team helped with everything I asked.
Installed this so customers can fix their own address or order mistakes before we ship, which saves the back and forth by email. Setup was straightforward and the support team were quick to help. Good first impressions.

The app has been very helpful for our day-to-day operations, especially for invoice downloads, upsell & cross-sell flows, and order cancellation management. Easy to setup and implement, I should have done this WAY SOONER! Out of the box it had exactly what I needed to eliminate 80% of my customer service calls for order editing. We've been using Account Editor since they were just starting out, the app has always worked well and they are continually improving the features. The address edits, order cancellations and order edit features have saved us a lot of time and are well worth the price. In the very rare instances where we've had issues with the app, the support team has been responsive and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this app, not only for the features they offer, but also because the team running the app is great.

AE integrated well with our Shopify store. It helped a lot on the backend for folks editing their orders, which in turn approved our operations and some of the headache around returns we saw previously. So far so good!
