Honestly they could have done a better work. Reports that you can't customize, not being able to find products with worst performing add to cart rates, basic infos. When asking the customer service he advised me to go on google analytics to create such reports. Then why would I use this app? Anyway useless..

Our app is designed to help Shopify merchants integrate Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and accurately track key eCommerce events like product views, add to cart, checkout, and purchases. It already includes essential reports to help merchants analyze performance easily. To keep the app simple and user-friendly, we don’t include advanced report customization, those can be created directly in Google Analytics. If you’d like help setting up custom reports, our support team is happy to assist. We’ll also consider adding more customization options in future updates as we continue improving the app.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. This seems to be related to a setup conflict rather than the app itself. To clarify, Analyzely works based on the Shopify Customer Privacy API. When a cookie banner is enabled, the app sets all consent signals to “denied” by default (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/--kTryKkmraa) and only switches them to “granted” once a visitor accepts the banner. We’d be happy to review your setup and ensure everything runs smoothly. We have already contacted you via email and are awaiting your reply so we can assist you step by step.

awesome app so far, GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT LIVE CHAT!! and this FIXES THE ISSUE of purchase key events not being recorded in Google Analytics. AWESOME job thank you guys.
So far so good, extremely easy to install, user interface very clean and easy to understand, having the option to choose which events to want to track. Very nice simplyfied Google Analytics data imported into the shopify admin to get an overview of traffic and sales. Now I hope that all checkout completed events show up in Google Analytics because with the previous app I used that did not happen. Before I installed I emailed various questions to the app developers and the answers were very clear and to the point, so it their app: to the point and clear.
I have just loaded this app, which was pretty easy even for a none teccy person like me. I look forward to watching how things progress and will revisit these comments in a week or two.
Amazing customer service, required solely because I doubted my own ability with setting up GA4 in google. Considering I am currently on the free version, I was surprised at the response and assistance received. For sure, I will be upgrading as soon as my store starts to make money. Appalling support. Over a period of a week sent numerous questions to support and not one replied to. For what its worth my questions were regarding the reports. They all focused on "top 10" of "top" performing pages etc. There seems to be no way of getting any deeper level of reports? There doesnt appear to be any kind of filtering options and basically incredibly limited. I could be wrong - but dont think so -and maybe this is why they couldnt be bothered to reply? Who knows but I am not waiting to find out as I dont want to pay a years subscription to such a limited app with such appauling back up.

We've only just started using tis but if the other reviews are anything to go by looking forward to having our GA4 attribution becoming more accurate, and more closely matching our Shopify!

Had a lot of issues with tracking data from Shopify to GA4. Our marketing agency tried a lot of diffrent APPs, but nothing worked as we wanted. Analyzely worked exactly as we wanted. Easy to setup, great support. Highly recommend.
