Every company should have great customer service and support. But the support I received from Anthony was exceptional. I read the reviews of other users of Sitemap NoIndex Pro SEO, and took the plunge. I was only a few days in when a legacy problem from another app made it impossible for me to move forward. I asked for help, and it was there. Help was given in so many ways, much of it above and beyond what I would have expected, and it was offered cheerfully, conducted professionally, with patience and super efficiency. I rarely give reviews, but I offer this one with enthusiasm. The bottom line is, the product is excellent, just what I was looking for, the service second to none, and I am left with admiration and gratitude. Sitemap NoIndex Pro SEO gets my vote. The functionality continues to be improved and widened, which is great for all users of the app. I had the occasion to contact the makers over a recent issue - my query was answered promptly by David, with a good explanation of what had been happening behind the scenes, to prompt my question. I am not connected to the App makers in any way, but they certainly deserve a shout-out for what they are quietly doing, providing an excellent app, backed by equally excellent service. We have quite a few apps attahed to our store. If we had to get rid of them all, but one - this is the one we would keep.

It has been only a day since we installed this app, but already, the app is highlighting areas of our site that need addressing. We were surprised about this as we have used other SEO tools in the past, which seem to have not been as accurate or informative as StoreSEO. The app is easy to install, quick to report problem areas and has a bunch of other options I have not got to yet. But we have seen enough to be pleased with our decision to try StoreSEO. We have found Michelle to be quick and professional in replying to our questions, giving full answers and examples of why things are done. There are also a ton of resources to help users get to grips with this app's offerings, which I look forward to learning. Yes, it's early day, but we are impressed with the App, the professional and timely service from Michelle. I will report back in a couple of weeks with an update of the impact of the app on our store in terms of visitors and ranking. -Update- All has been running well until recently. The App kept freezing. It didn't keep the saves I'd made, and frankly, it has caused more work than it is worth. I'm afraid we'll need to look for an alternative. Frustrating when it started so well. The self-help option in the app for problem-solving isn't the easiest to follow, either.

We added this app to our site, and in just 15 minutes, it saved us over an hour of time fixing several problems. The app has given us clear insight into the areas we can improve, and it was great to see we were getting a lot right, too. We will revisit this review in a few weeks once we have actioned the recommendations given to us. Very satisfied at the moment.

We've used this app for about a week, and it's already started generating extra income for us. The setup is easy, and the small video library is very helpful in resolving any issues. Service levels are excellent. Kyle and the team are quick to respond to any questions not covered by the videos. The replies are well structured, easy to follow, and ultimately work! We can't see any downside to this app, and we've looked for one! Overall, a great App with excellent customer service. We would recommend it to any business that is looking for growth - who isn't!. I have just loaded this app, which was pretty easy even for a none teccy person like me. I look forward to watching how things progress and will revisit these comments in a week or two.

This App is worth every penny (cent, dollar). I have been using it for some time now after finding other SEO providers fell short. This is an in-depth app from a well-known, trusted and respected provider. I was delighted when I saw there was a Shopify version. I'll be honest, you have to work on your site, but it becomes easier. I now have increased sales, know my site much better than I did, and put in the time to learn the 'new language' wrapped around SEO work. There is plenty of support and help from Yoast in explainers and how-to-type guides. You can also monitor the progress you are making at nearly every keystroke! Recently I came across a problem (and new words and explainers) highlighted by Google, which I wasn't able to figure out. I reached out to Yoast and have had the best service. I wouldn't have believed it. Prompt, professional, and genuinely wanting to help. My hero has been Sid, very helpful and patient. In short, I would highly recommend this app. I am still learning and getting better results and sales as I do. Highly recommended.

Amazing App and Amazing Support. I Cannot fault either. I was a bit hesitant in the beginning as I moved away from another digital platform but soon found my hesitations unfounded. That was several years ago and we have not looked back. We offer downloads and streaming of our products. Some of our bundle products have 30+ files contained within them and they are handled without any problem. We are confident in the delivery systems and Send Owls focus on security, balanced with its functionality. Orders are accessed by customers around the world and we have never had any concerns voiced by our customers. I would say make the most of the free trial period, get to know what is offered before you jump in - it's there for that reason. Great App for Live Session recording, seeing customer activity helps get an understanding of how your site is viewed by customers, which in turn helps you to tweak your site to be more customer-friendly. It will be awesome when the planned heatmaps are ready. Support was quick and professional.

I'm new to Affiliate software, did Refersion first but decided I needed more. I'm still working through set up, and on several occasions have needed a little extra help . Jennifer in customer support it brilliant. Fast response, giving exactly the information need. Top class support!

Simple to use, very user friendly. I've wanted something like this for a good while, but no one product did it all - until now. Pleased I found it! Note added 13 December. Unfortunately I found that if any of your customers are using Norton Virus protector this site is flagged as a Phishing Site when using the scratchcard template. I advised Soundest and was advised I would get a reply about this in 24 hours. Four days later I asked them again, and was advised that the issue had been passed somewhere else and I would be advised in due course! I stand by my initial comments, but this is clouding my opinion. Do not use the Scratchcard template until it is fixed. Norton blocks the site and it reflects on your site to your customer. At this stage I am only on the 14 days trial,(8 days left) so may look elsewhere in the meantime. 4 Days later I'm told in an email - Final Update! the problem is fixed. And it seems to be so well done on that. I like the product, but the service levels need to be worked on. Final Update indeed. If they would have said - Thank you for taking the time to highlight an issue that could have shown users of our product in a bad light to potentially millions of their customers, The problem has now been rectified. that would have been customer service. And if there had been a by the way we recognize how this could have looked to your customers here is 3 months free premium services for your time and effort, that would have been customer retention. Never mind!! I will trial this for a few months - solely because Shopify have validated them. I will keep looking elsewhere however. Nice product generally, customer service and response times are lacking.

I installed this App no problem at all. However being non teccy I asked for it to be checked. I had a few questions and Frank came back very quickly, answered both my questions, confirmed the setup was ok. I think this is brilliant! Easy to install, and understand. And the support is really top-notch. For us, the benefits outweighs the cost easily, so in my book, the app is self financing, which is what I guess many businesses want!
