The app is extremely responsive and works just as described. I wanted the "DAYS" section removed from my banner and was able to reach out to their help desk and receive help within minutes from laxmi. They were also able to troubleshoot a display issue on the product page specifically that didn't show on the other pages. Great app, great people!

This app is exactly what we were looking for to announce promotions and news to our customers, and to schedule those announcements instead of adding and removing manually. The few issues we had (regarding font and bar placement) were quickly and perfectly by the support team.

Today I spent around 4 hours trialing all the different countdown bar apps. They ALL had issues with; sticky functionality, wouldn't offer continuous countdown, they didn't have custom CSS function, or they looked like some spammy AliExpress countdown nonsense. This app is the ONLY one that offered the functionality I needed. So glad I found it! Plus the support is faultless.

This announcement bar app gets the job done and offers the features I was looking for but could not find elsewhere such as a free shipping countdown timer, a rotator and multiple font options. Customer service is also very responsive and helpful!

Fantastic App! Very responsive support and flexible design. There are quite a few other applications that allow you to have announcement bars on your website but I found they were also trying to add all these other useless features to increase the "value" of the application. WebRex on the other hand is exactly what it says it is, a low cost communications tool that is flexible, works well, and looks fantastic! 100% recommend this app to other shops :)

I installed the app in my store, and I've been using it for some time now, so it's time to edit my review to let you all know how's going. Now I can tell it is a great app easy to use, versatile, and it has a lot features on its free version! It helped my Store specially during Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sales Events, and now during the Holidays Sales Events. I needed their customer service and technical support once, and it was also great. Quick to respond and to solve my difficulties. Now I can recommend the app with confidence. NEW EDIT! I had trouble figuring out some features of the app, so I contacted Customer Service. It was past Sunday already early Monday hours, but the Customer Service agent came quickly to the rescue. I was actually very surprised to get a response so fast especially for the time. Nevertheless Sagar came twice to answer my questions and clarify the process and feature properties. I am amazed at such a good quality of service and an equally great app! I highly recommend it! UPDATE! FEB14/2023 I just finished using the Valentine's feature today, and it has been very successful.
