We have been using this application for a long time and we have tried 7 to 8 applications, but no theme corresponded to our requirements. because of tracking and non-racking products. finally, we found this app and this app team is awesome and respond very quickly. We are using this app and facing some issue regarding slider, images not loading on page .i have send 4 time email last 5 days but till not did not get any response. Bad service.

The app in itself is pretty good with many features, but some features which we want is, on Add To Cart button they are not providing. I hope they will provide in future.

We have been using this app on our webstore: https://www.bighaat.com/,but now the app is not working .The Zipcode validator is not appearing in any of our web pages. We tried reaching out to customer support several time but did not get a response. We are extremely disappointed with this app and the customer service.

Hi, Please excuse for the less satisfied experience. As you have changed the theme, after which the issue aroused. There was some CSS conflict, which the team fixed and things are working fine now. And the team is in touch with you all the time to get the issue fixed.
This App is taking significant amount of loading time. Therefore, we temporarily uninstalled, and waiting for developer priority support to address the issue.

The file that you wanted to minimize only takes 95ms. to load and loads AFTER your website loads (not affecting your visitors experience of your website). We can not minimize certain files or it will affect our tools performance on your website.
