BYOB ‑ Build Your Own Bundles

Very cumbersome application. Tried to work with it for a few days and gave up.

Great support, needed a few tweaks to get working with my theme. We were able to get it up and running in no time. This app makes it a lot easier for customers to navigate and helps make new bundle setup a breeze.

Joshua with BYOB honestly provided some of the BEST customer support I’ve ever experienced. I was trying to set up some pretty advanced bundle settings on the app and was getting completely stuck on what I was doing wrong. Joshua was incredibly patient, explained everything clearly, went directly into my store to troubleshoot and investigate the issue, and gave me multiple options for how to approach it. What impressed me most is that he didn’t just “fix” the issue, he actually helped me create a BETTER setup than what I originally had in mind. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping store owners succeed and not just closing support tickets as fast as possible. He literally waited on my to watch a 6 min. long video and test everything we were doing! Because of the level of support alone, I’ll absolutely be staying after the free trial. Top notch customer service like is something you want to hold on to THANK U JOSHUA!!!

This app is easier to integrate and use than other bundling apps I've tried, and has more reasonable pricing tiers as well. The customer service is better than I ever imagined, and has made customizations easier than ever and feels truly tailored to my business.

Overall, this is an excellent app that has made it much easier for us to offer bundles and let customers create their own packs. The customer support team is fantastic. Every time we’ve reached out, they’ve responded quickly and resolved issues right away. Our only wish is for a few more features: the ability to set tiered discounts with multiple conditions, and more comprehensive tutorials or documentation to make setup even smoother. If those improvements are added, this would absolutely be a five-star app.

I have Great Experience, I really like this app, using first time. Advisors are also very Supportive. But i must think that you should start live chat than emails because chat help soo much. Otherwise mail is also helpful, its just a suggestion. Thanks for your help and Guidance.

This App allows you to create really complex bundles really easily. I have used other bundles apps in the past and they weren't so easy or had so many options as this one, and I sold SOOOO much more with bundles I created with BYOB compared to other APPS. Love it!

This app is truly the best! I've looked high & low for an app that I can app into my Shopify store that you can add collections into the bundles & not just products. Now my customers have the chance to choose a summer bundle- Hat, Towel & Wetbag in any print/size with ease. I needed some support with adding the drop down for size on my hat products & the team sorted it for me within 24 hours. Jumping on to my Shopify store and sorting it out through the back end. This app is fantastic! Allowing customers to choose their bundle is a game changer. I was worried about it taking out of inventory, but it does!! That is a major plus for us. Also, upon setting up we had some questions/trouble and reached out and they timely replied and got on a call with us to fix the problems and help us through it. Very excited to use this app.

this app is exactly what I was looking for! I needed a bundle app that could allow my customers to build their own from collections and products on my website. Every app makes you pre select the items they can choose from. I have too many to possibly make bundling a profitable option by narrowing their limitations that much. I also was making "premade" bundles but there was no way to know what was in them without referring to my own personal list. This app will show everything in the bundle to pull that item individually where as before I was having to set aside the premade bundles with what is in them. So far the app is working great and 5 star customer service!! Joshua has gotten back to my emails extremely quick and very thorough but easy to understand explanations so that I can continue to work on my app at that moment vs waiting hours or days to be able to continue. Im excited to see other changes to this app and what it may do in the future. Right now it's exactly what I needed to get going with bundles my way.

Great for custom bundles/packages that have a solid UX interface that allows you to acheive promotions/bundles that you can't typically do with Shopify. Support was good and communication was fast, very helpful! Easy and straightforward.

We are so happy to have found this app – it's the only one in the App Store that does exactly what we need. We sell lots of different product bundles in our shop, like sets where you can mix and match tops and bottoms and and give a discount, or ones where some items are fixed and you can choose the size of others. This kind of bundling was easy in WooCommerce, but not in Shopify. Luckily, this app makes it possible. The customer support is also great; they answered quickly and helped me out right when I needed it. Definitely recommend it for anyone who needs to bundle products flexibly!

This app has been a lifesaver for us! We can finally have bundles that allow multiple instances of the same product with different variants AND that works with discount codes. We've tried many other bundle apps and this was the first one that could overcome both of those limitations. Powerful app with a helpful support team! We've launched our BYOB scared of possible glitches with our ERP system but they have guided us for every question we had in our setup process. Great, intuitive app. BYOB has helped us seamlessly integrate our Shopify with a wholesale experience that customers love. This has help us convert independents across the US and improved our repeat purchase rates from those independents. Benny, the founder is also highly responsive and on multiple occasions has built custom functionality into our bundle builder page for us. After working with BYOB support they have fixed the issues we were having with shipping. Once the issue was completely understood, it took a few weeks to get a workable fix. Though I couldn't be happier. BYOB works perfectly and is the BEST build-your-own bundle system I have found.

This app is brilliant and the developer support is excellent. I've used quite a few bundling apps over the years and this is my favourite. The features are excellent, it works very well and the ability to edit the design within the Shopify editor is great. Benny has been super helpful with tweaking the custom css when we've had some challenges in getting the app working just right for our store. I highly recommend trying this app if you need to bundle products together.

FRAUD! This app doesnt work and they have absolutely no customer support whatsoever. I have to get Shopify support to try and help me contact someone from the app and all they told me was to hire a professional developer to get it working. BUYER BEWARE!

This app is great! Although it didn't work on my store due to the conflict with another app I have installed, Benny is super great to work with, and I think if your store has fewer products, this app can really help boost sales. I highly recommend this app.

I received a message telling me that I had uninstalled the BYOB app on November 3rd and I replied that I had not uninstalled anything. 5 days later I still have not received an answer and there seems to have been a bug because I no longer have the BYOB app. I would like to have an answer and that you fix the problem because I spent a lot of time to configure everything. I use this app to offer my customers a bundling option to save, which overall increases the basket size. Very simple interface and integration. Idiot proof! Works perfect.

Great app! We used this for a sale we came up with pretty last minute. Onboarding and support have been great. We generated about $1300 through the app and sale.

I researched 31 different bundle apps and found that BYOB is the best bundle app for my business for many reasons. Benny the developer behind BYOB is courteous, fast to respond, and constantly enhances the BYOB app. One of the main issues we had with the various bundle apps available was the conflicts with our wholesale app. BYOB does not conflict with it. If you are going to use a Bundle App make sure it does not use "Draft Orders" or you will have a conflict with not just wholesale apps but many other apps as well. Other apps would have issues with generating the packing slip. Benny saw the issues I was having and we talked through how to make it work and it does! He has even gone in and made a few tweaks for us. If you are thinking about allowing customers to build their own bundle use BYOB.

After my old bundle builder stopped working as well as it used to I was back on the App market. I needed a bundle builder that allowed discounts... these are very hard to find! The set up for this is SO EASY. Benny was on hand for my questions and we are going to work together to get the builder working the best for my website. Great app.

First bundle app out of many that is working well for what we needed in custom bundles. I really need an app like this that also offers a subscription option before adding to cart. I keep trying to find compatible apps but no luck. Without that issue I'd give it 5 stars.

It did exactly what I needed, and when I had an issue because of multiple shipping warehouses they answered quickly and explained the issue. They offered to do some custom fixes but I was able to fix it myself with a simple addition to my shipping details in my shop settings. Awesome service and clear explanations!
