Great app for what we needed! We are moving warehouses and needed a way to hide a bunch of color and size variations to simplify what we are selling while we go through the move and not have to hold too much inventory for fulfillment. This app allowed us to turn off color and size variations for the time being even while we have plenty of inventory, in other words this app isn't JUST for stock outs or unavailable. You can turn off anything no matter its inventory status. Support was available immediately when I needed them and it was simple. Stoked for this app!

Outstanding Enterprise support — diagnosed our complex issue in minutes We use Camouflage on our Shopify store to hide product variants based on country location. We have a complex setup with Shopify Markets enabled across 5 regions (US, Canada, UK, EU, Rest of World) and a print-on-demand catalog where each provider stocks different colors. We initially struggled to get our country-based rules working on the storefront. Aditya from the Camouflage team jumped on chat support, quickly diagnosed the root cause (variants had a leftover "Always Show" override from an earlier test that was silently bypassing our global rules), and walked us through the fix step by step. The issue that we couldn't crack for hours was resolved in under 30 minutes once we reached support. The Enterprise plan is absolutely worth it. Features like country location targeting, grouped multi-variant rules, and Global Checkout Validation (which acts as a fail-safe at checkout even if a customer somehow reaches a hidden variant) make this app an essential tool for any Shopify store selling internationally with regional inventory differences. Highly recommended — and special thanks to Aditya for the patient, expert support. 5 stars without hesitation.

Had an issue with the "Filter sold out variants from Collection" option because it wasn't filtering the collections which were discoverable from the search field. The Camouflage team solved it in about 1 hour. Thanks alot guys.
This app is excellent! I have been looking for a way to hide a specific variant that was sold out as well as items that had inventory because I am phasing out the material. This app does not delete the variant so I can still sell it in person. Price is great. Customer service time was fast. Thanks!

The app helped me hide an entire color swatch for a specific product in a selected country after countless and not working attempts. I needed to disable VPN to avoid seeing the hidden variants, so an additional feature to make the app more complete could be a built-in function to hide variants based on IP address, in order to keep eventual customers using a VPN from selecting the hidden variants (for now it's anyway possible to prevent wrong purchases by blocking VPN customers on the checkout pages using a checkout validator). Fast live customer support.
Excellent app! Needed this app due to certain variants needing to be hidden by market. Also love the hide by customer or product tag using inclusion or exclusion rules, this was helpful for hiding B2B variants. Ran into a few minor issues that support quickly fixed. Very responsive to chat.

This app was a lifesaver when we moved our entire catalog hierarchy to the true Parent/Child format that Shopify is pushing for. Raj was ready to answer any questions we had, and help come up with some custom solutions where needed. Definitely recommend this app if you have a catalog with complex variant structures, and might need to hide variants for various reasons that don't always include "0" inventory. Many thanks!

Holy Crap! I needed to have one "Master Product" to sell worldwide, while showing only certain variants by region to properly track inventory and ship them from the correct warehouse. This app is a MIRACLE!!!! I tried to solve this for two weeks before finding it! Best of all- the Owner is AMAZING and helped me with some custom configurations for my theme! This app is super, and customer support is among the best I experienced! I have just changed themes and needed help ASAP activating the app again - Raj the developer immediately hopped in a zoom call and helped me solve out my issues. He also made sure I didn't use extra services which will run unrequired JS on my site. Over the top. Douze pua - highly recommended! -- The above I wrote in 2022. Now, 3 years later, and I’m adding another 5 stars. Service is absolutely incredible! I had some changes in my stock availability logics, and Raj from Camouflaged went far beyond my expectations. He provided detailed information, guided me through the entire process (even on things not directly related to the app), and made a huge difference for me. Intuitive, easy to use, gets the job done, and great support when you need it. This app has helped increase my conversion because I can hide unavailable variants which makes it easier for my customers to make a decision. I can also set up purchase orders within an existing product without them being shown on the site. When a part of the app wasn't working for my theme, I sent a message to the support team and the issue was fixed within hours without any work on my end. Highly recommend!

I love this app- makes it very easy to hide products I dont want customers to see. I need this for active products on shopify that I have variants I am preparing to drop but dont want them to be purchased yet. Raj has great customer service and is always helpful. Highly recommend!

Raj.is.a.rockstar. There were a couple hiccups with my theme and Raj and team came in and went above and beyond to make sure not only does their app work properly, but also some other little tweaks that were related but not directly part of the app. Highly recommend if you have a bunch of variants that need to be hidden.
We were looking for an app to hide specific variants, but only when they sold out - couldn't find one anywhere! Thankfully Raj was very responsive and did a small customization for us right away. The app works great so far and we are quite happy with the solution.
After weeks of trial and error trying to find a solution to Shopify's native restriction for dynamic filtering of variants on the product page, Camouflage was able to configure my variants to provide the customer experience for my store that most customers would expect when looking at size/style/color selections. Why this isn't a feature for upgraded themes is beyond me, but Camouflage has worked seamlessly and efficiently within my store to provide this function. Support was awesome and responsive. I reached out once to enable the app in my theme and PRESTO! Would definitely recommend!!
Perfect App for Hiding Specific Variants! This app does exactly what we needed—it hides out-of-stock variants for specific products without hiding the whole product or all products with zero-stock variants. We can now specify which variants should not be visible, ensuring we don’t get backorders on certain items. Super easy to use and works flawlessly. The support team was incredibly responsive and helpful, much quicker than other apps we've tried. 10/10!
This app is great for hiding variants which makes it nice for customers so they can choose the exact options from the drop down instead of hopelessly scrolling through the menus losing sales.

Was trying to figure out how to be able to leave sold out products on the store, both for SEO and for customers to request we get specific items back in stock, but it was making the product list page look a little cluttered with unavailable items. Found this app, dropped it in, couldn't quite work out the setup I needed to put, hit 'Help' and within 60s their support had answered my question and fixed our issue. Now our customers have the 'Availability' filter set to default to show In-Stock items only, but those who want to browse for what we have had in stock previously can do! (And it also keeps our SEO healthy) Recommended, A+

Does exactly what it says it does. It is exactly what I wanted and Raj was right there to help me on a minor install issue with an odd theme that we use.
We upgraded out Theme to 2.0 and as with all the other apps, this one broke also. Raj came on and in a matter of seconds fixed it right up brand new. My only complaint is i wish it would not show the variants when you first go to a page then quickly make them disappear. I wish they would not show up at all...thats my 2 cents.
Love this app. We have some variation combos that simply do not exist, but some that do, which makes it tricky to list due to the limited number of variations on Shopify. But this app and Raj from support was able to make them disappear on our listing pages completely. We also recently changed themes to Broadcast and the changes still worked. Great and necessary app for us to provide a better buying experience for our customers.

Great addition to our online store, making things cleaner and easier to navigate for consumers. Fairly straightforward to set-up, and Raj was very quick and helpful for the minor hiccup we encountered.
This is the perfect solution for any store selling internationally that doesn't have every variant available in every country. Before installing this app we had a ton of customer support issues when a customer would order a variant not available in their country. We'd followup to suggest they choose a different color, wait for shipping from the US or something else. I love that I'm able to do this on a per country basis rather than setting up individual markets. The customer support while setting this up was extremely responsive. I don't think I've ever written an app review before, but Raj and team went above and beyond, so I felt it was well worth a review.
