Existing reports were ok, but support wasn't. Left a message through chat: no answer, got an email offering help to make changes to the report I used, but those were never done. Also got an email about pre-created reports, and neither of them worked.
A very useful solution to create a pre-order option for my customers. I needed some support as well, and Henry was superb in helping me out. Thanks!
I had some requests for multilingual options for this app and they delivered. Respect!

Amazing - works solidly with my theme as well, unlike some of the competition. Support is also stunning, they changed the look to a perfect match with the theme!
Horrible! After days of testing they admitted they can't get this working. It took about 10 seconds to load. To uninstall the app they send video instructions that doesn't apply to the views of the app.

However, it takes only 1 second for the Instant Search Widget to become functional, as shown in the recording we shared. Small but mighty! It is nice to see a simple app for simple tasks. This app did exactly what we needed, and now we can offer tax-free orders for B2B customers within the EU.
When I first started using this app, it didn't have the feature I needed (support for Shopify's own multilanguage app). I suggested it and only few weeks later they came back that this has been added to the app. Superb and works really well now!

Thanks for the review. I'm always trying to keep pace with Shopify's evolution of the platform, so making the app multi-lingual has been a top priority. It now supports Shopify's own "Translate & Adapt" or any translation app that translates server-side rendered content. Best of luck with your store.
Very good service and a nice onboarding system. Features seems to work out of the box, which is not always the case.

Outstanding and does what it promises! Had some minor tweaks I needed so I wouldn't get new products to each collection for example for sizing, but the support wasn't just quick to answer, they actually fixed the issues well and fast. Thank you!
Absolutely stunning app. It makes using and editing Google Shopping so much easier. Also - the support is great!
Finally, a 404 app that does what it promises. It's pretty new, and it had some minor issues; I contacted the support and received some absolutely stunning service + all the necessary fixes in no time!

Does not work in the theme by Out of the Sandbox. After turning on, all images disappeared, and when off they came back. Support just blamed everyone else and didn't even have a look. First it was domain provider, then it was Shopify and then heavily optimised theme (it really isn't) - just guessing.

A surprisingly good solution that is super easy to use. Happy that you took the leap and created a native solution for translations. One major issue is that you're not allowed to translate URLs - it would be a major improvement for SEO purposes. Hope to see that feature in 2023, after all for example Magento had it in 2013...
It's ok to use and does what it promises. It is very unfortunate that it does not support multilingual use - not even the native version. Shame.
