Really happy with CrazyRocket so far. It’s easy to set up, the gamified pop-ups look great, and our customers seem to engage with them more than regular promotional pop-ups. We also like the customization options and integrations. Overall, a very useful app for making promotions more interactive.
Reply very very quickly and solve my problem very very very well! Professional!

Hey! Thank you very much for your kind words :) Best, Andrea
The best spin wheel popup! Andrea is incredibly good on building and updating this app, he's very supportive and always ready to solve any problem (if you would have one as the app is so simple and intuitive I bet you would need his support). Don't be afraid and give it a try, you won't be disappointed on how many sales it will bring to your store.

Hey, thanks for your kind words, a pleasure to help :) Best, Andrea
Andrea’s customer service has been outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to fully understand all my details, needs, and priorities, and went above and beyond to set up the app in the simplest and most user-friendly way for me. Everything was organized exactly how I wanted, and he made sure every single request was implemented. What really stood out is his patience and dedication — he kept answering my questions, no matter how many times I asked, and always made sure I truly understood how the app works. He didn’t just set things up; he guided me through everything, explained the possibilities, and even gave honest advice on what’s best to do and what to avoid. If you’re considering this app, I honestly highly recommend downloading it now. The app itself is excellent, but Andrea’s support makes the experience even better. Truly top service. Thank you!

The support is phenomenal, the app is easy to install and campaigns are a breeze to set up. Highly recommend crazy rocket!
Perfect app, perfect support. Andrea worked hours live chatting and helping us for our requests. Even what you are looking for doesn't write here on app description I would recommend asking Andrea if the feature you are looking for is available, who may know they can find a way to do it :) Would recommend 100%
Super Support! Funktionale App, mit guten Anpassungsmöglichkeiten
Great app - easy to set up and in 2 weeks has already tripled my email list. Plus, I love the customizable features to make it perfect for my target guest. 100% worth it

Thanks to Andrea - he was so helpful for the setting up all the app. He also helped us for embedding the wheel in our dedicated page. Its very nice to see that supportive team.
I was having trouble canceling my plan and they were quick and responsive and able to help me right away. I really like this app, I just wanted to be able to pause it as needed, hoping they can make this easier for me in the future so we can use these features as needed without uninstalling it and losing our campaign history. Great service!
Brilliant app. Simple to use and fun for customers. Love the all the customization options. Had the pleasure of speaking with the owner who was amazingly helpful and responsive. Will definitely be using this time and time again.
Super goog app and super fast customer service! Love it.
An app that does what it says and is really flexible, Andrea from support was very helpful in getting some customizations we required to work. All in all, a must try app!
This one is my final choice after testing multiple plugins. It fulfills most of my requirements. And one issue could not be resolved due to my lack of knowledge of a particular feature. But after I asked Andrea about it, he was very proactive in helping me solve the problem, and throughout the whole communication process, etc., he always will be very enthusiastic, so I have to leave a good review for his dedication. Highly recommended!
Very intuitive app. Easy to set up and to use. We needed some assistance with customising our pop-up and their customer service was super fast to reply, they were patient and extremely helpful. Very happy with this app!
Wonderful app. Really helped us in connecting better with our customers and gives value to both the customer and the business which is a perfect solution.
This would be a five star review just because of the support. Andrea is super helpful and always seems available to help. I don't even think he ever sleeps. Just teasing, but he does seems to be available to help. That being said, the Spin Wheel is super easy to implement and is full of options as for the games, styles, colors, buttons, you name it. It has probably been thought of. Give this a try and if you do run into any questions, Andrea is sure to be available to assist you.
What can I say that others haven't already? Andrea is an extremely hard worker, the customer service provided is exceptional. Its very rare to find a genuinely great person that is able to help and goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend this app along with any other apps that Andrea creates. Thank you for your service!
Really easy to use and ALWAYS makes me lots of sales! I use it sporadically for event weekends rather than continuously and it works a treat!
I ran into a little snag, a user error, and they quickly replied with the help I needed. Great customer service.
Just wanted to give a shoutout to the amazing customer service team behind this app! They're super quick to respond and incredibly patient. No matter what issue I throw their way, they tackle it with lightning speed and a smile. Thanks to them, I've always got a solution in no time! Highly recommend this app – not just for its features, but for the awesome support too!
Cool plugin! It offers many possibilities to make your own shop more interactive for the customer. If there are any issues, the support responds very quickly and takes the time to address them properly.
Great app, highly recommend! The app does a great job of collecting email addresses and contact info and has integrations making sending follow up emails a breeze. The support team is amazing as well! Easy to get in touch with them and they were very quick to solve all my problems.
Simple setup, effective and excellent support. We've been using the app for many months now without any issues.
I love this app. I have grown my customer list exponentially with high quality customers. Awesome customer service aswell. Very very happy
Incredible customer service. Had 3 questions and they answered all of them promptly within 5 minutes of my first message in the chat. They even provided visual explanations and walked me through each step.
Great app, and great support team! They answer questions very promptly which is great when needing to customize certain aspects of the app.
The support is fabulous! I had a lot of questions and they answered them quickly and helped me resolve my issues getting it set up! The app is great and my customers love it so far.
Great technical support. I was able to implement everything I wanted for my goals. Unfortunately, our marketing direction doesn't support having this app, but this is the best you can get for an interactive gamified experience. PLEASE consider it heavily and give it a download. It really is an incredible app.
Works well even for your own email listing. Not only for new customers but also for existing customers. Easy to install and link to your email app.
I just installed this wonderful application yesterday and i am already seeing an increase in my sales since then! Would 100 percent recommend crazy rocket to anyone who wants to increase their sales quickly and make a customers experience fun on their website! Also their service is very quick. Any queries I had were resolved very quickly and in a very simplified manner! Would definitely recommend to install crazy rocket!
Very professional service, really helping me to the fullest. Thanks Andrea and thanks CrazyRocket. 5 stars deserved.
Great app and customer service! It increased my direct sales and I would recommend it! Thank you Andrea!
Highly recommend! This app is easy to install, easy to customize and easy to change plans from free to paid for when you are using the spin wheel and when you are not. Customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. I've been using this app for a year, on and off with my regular email platform popup, just to excite customers with something fun.
We are using the app for a bit over a month now. The design is great and very customisable so that it could fit your Website. It is quite easy to set it and the support is very quick and responsive with any queries. We are very happy and we definitely recommend it!
aumento considerablemente mis ventas. es lamejor opcion costo beneficio para este tipo de widgets en shopify
Very easy to use and has a lot you can customize. THE BEST PART is that customers that are already subscribed can participate as well. It allows for duplicate subscriptions. This is something our email marketing app Omnisend did not have, which is why I had to look elsewhere. I also like how you can set a quantity limit for coupons given out - neat add-on. It also has many colour themes to choose from. It would be great if you could customize when it goes live and turns off - this feature may be available if you pay, but not for free. Or, I could have just missed it. Anyways, I liked this app and would recommend.
Great customer service! They were able to answer all my questions in a timely manner. Would recommend
This is how apps should be, fully customizable, fast loading, translatable and beautiful! And very fast and effective customer support.
Very easy to create campaigns in different languages and different styles. The customer support was amazing, quick to answer, very knowledgeable, and helpful.
CrazyRocket is our ultimate weapon in getting visitors to convert the first time, customer service is very fast, one month CrazyRocket, made my shopify shop more interesting to interact with visitors while increasing sales by $10,000; love it!
CrazyRocket, and particularly Andrea have been incredibly helpful when setting up a campaign for a slightly different use case. Very responsive team and go out of their way to help - highly recommend.
Not only a great app that will increase your email sign ups and therefore your conversions and revenue, but the customer service is the best I've had in 6 years of using Shopify and its apps. I needed customization on my spin wheel that I couldn't figure out on my own. They answered my chat quickly and when I told them I didn't understand how to do the coding script they gave me, THEY JUMPED IN AND DID IT THEMSELVES IN MINUTES! Great app and above and beyond customer service. Few other notes. Most pop ups apps are the same, spin wheels gamify your popups to get a higher optin rate. In a world of variety, but still the same thing... What I really like about Crazy Rockets Spin Wheels is when they get there coupon code it adds a 15 minute timer at the bottom of your webpage to use the coupon. This scarcity makes more customers checkout then and there and not leave to "think about" using their coupon. They are also more affordable than other popup apps. Highly recommended!
We've had a wonderful experience working with Crazy Rocket thus far to power our Spin the Wheel campaigns on our website. Their support team has been a joy to work with and have been extremely helpful in building out our customized campaigns as well as helping to build out feature requests. I would definitely recommend Crazy Rocket if you're in the market for a new Spin Wheel application.
5 stars for this application. Customer Support was the most efficient and solved all my tehnical issues.
Used the app as a trial and it went well. We had a couple glitches, support was wonderful at helping me fix. If I decide to add a spin wheel in the future, I will definitely use, however for now it was for evaluation purposes."
Amazing and fast support. Quick response from Andrea with solution for... App works well with easy css customisation. Good for collect emails!!
The CrazyRocket Spin Wheel is a magic! It is feature-rich and we already saw increase in customer engagement even when we were testing the app. Andrea from the app support has been SUPER helpful. Andrea addressed our concerns very patiently. Thank you Andrea! We highly recommend this amazing app.
