Really happy with CrazyRocket so far. It’s easy to set up, the gamified pop-ups look great, and our customers seem to engage with them more than regular promotional pop-ups. We also like the customization options and integrations. Overall, a very useful app for making promotions more interactive.

Andrea is incredibly good on building and updating this app, he's very supportive and always ready to solve any problem (if you would have one as the app is so simple and intuitive I bet you would need his support). I was having trouble canceling my plan and they were quick and responsive and able to help me right away. I really like this app, I just wanted to be able to pause it as needed, hoping they can make this easier for me in the future so we can use these features as needed without uninstalling it and losing our campaign history. Great service!

This one is my final choice after testing multiple plugins. It fulfills most of my requirements. And one issue could not be resolved due to my lack of knowledge of a particular feature. But after I asked Andrea about it, he was very proactive in helping me solve the problem, and throughout the whole communication process, etc., he always will be very enthusiastic, so I have to leave a good review for his dedication. This would be a five star review just because of the support. Andrea is super helpful and always seems available to help. I don't even think he ever sleeps. Just teasing, but he does seems to be available to help. That being said, the Spin Wheel is super easy to implement and is full of options as for the games, styles, colors, buttons, you name it. It has probably been thought of. Give this a try and if you do run into any questions, Andrea is sure to be available to assist you.
What can I say that others haven't already? Andrea is an extremely hard worker, the customer service provided is exceptional. Its very rare to find a genuinely great person that is able to help and goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend this app along with any other apps that Andrea creates. Cool plugin! It offers many possibilities to make your own shop more interactive for the customer. If there are any issues, the support responds very quickly and takes the time to address them properly.

Great technical support. I was able to implement everything I wanted for my goals. Unfortunately, our marketing direction doesn't support having this app, but this is the best you can get for an interactive gamified experience. PLEASE consider it heavily and give it a download. Highly recommend! This app is easy to install, easy to customize and easy to change plans from free to paid for when you are using the spin wheel and when you are not. Customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. I've been using this app for a year, on and off with my regular email platform popup, just to excite customers with something fun.

We are using the app for a bit over a month now. The design is great and very customisable so that it could fit your Website. It is quite easy to set it and the support is very quick and responsive with any queries. We are very happy and we definitely recommend it!

Very easy to use and has a lot you can customize. THE BEST PART is that customers that are already subscribed can participate as well. It allows for duplicate subscriptions. This is something our email marketing app Omnisend did not have, which is why I had to look elsewhere. I also like how you can set a quantity limit for coupons given out - neat add-on. It also has many colour themes to choose from. It would be great if you could customize when it goes live and turns off - this feature may be available if you pay, but not for free. Or, I could have just missed it. Anyways, I liked this app and would recommend.

Not only a great app that will increase your email sign ups and therefore your conversions and revenue, but the customer service is the best I've had in 6 years of using Shopify and its apps. I needed customization on my spin wheel that I couldn't figure out on my own. They answered my chat quickly and when I told them I didn't understand how to do the coding script they gave me, THEY JUMPED IN AND DID IT THEMSELVES IN MINUTES! Great app and above and beyond customer service. Few other notes. Most pop ups apps are the same, spin wheels gamify your popups to get a higher optin rate. In a world of variety, but still the same thing... What I really like about Crazy Rockets Spin Wheels is when they get there coupon code it adds a 15 minute timer at the bottom of your webpage to use the coupon. This scarcity makes more customers checkout then and there and not leave to "think about" using their coupon. They are also more affordable than other popup apps. Highly recommended!

Their support team has been a joy to work with and have been extremely helpful in building out our customized campaigns as well as helping to build out feature requests.
