The biggest issues are the mobile app and Voice (Phone) feature. The mobile app can be glitchy, talk-to-text is unreliable, and Voice doesn’t work through the mobile app. Calls have to be forwarded to another number, so you basically need someone at a computer all day to get the full functionality. Our biggest complaint is spam call billing. Gorgias can identify a call as spam, but it cannot automatically block it. If you ignore the spam call but it leaves a voicemail, you still get charged for a Voice ticket. Once you exceed your allowance, those tickets can get expensive. We pay $1 per Voice ticket within our plan and $2.20 per ticket once we exceed the limit, including spam calls that Gorgias identifies as spam if they leave a voicemail... SO WE GET CHARGED $2.20 PRETTY MUCH EVERY TIME A SPAMMER CALLS US, AND GORGIAS REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. With AI spam calls becoming more common, Gorgias really needs to fix this. Don’t identify a call as spam and then charge customers for it anyway. The billing model also creates a strange incentive. Gorgias identifies a call as spam, but if spammer leaves a voicemail, Gorgias still gets paid for the ticket. At $2.20 per overage ticket it adds up quickly. That said, we’re generally happy with Gorgias. It keeps most things organized from all of our marketplaces, and we can keep track of customer interactions fairly well.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that Gorgias has helped your team keep customer interactions across your marketplaces organized, while we’re sorry that your experience with our mobile app and Voice feature has fallen short of expectations. We understand your frustration around spam calls, particularly when a call identified as spam results in a voicemail and a billable Voice ticket. We also recognize your concerns regarding the current mobile Voice experience and the impact these limitations can have on your team’s day-to-day workflow. We appreciate you raising these points so clearly. We’ll review the concerns you’ve highlighted with our Engineering team to better understand how we can improve this experience. Additionally, a member of our Leadership team will reach out to you directly to discuss your concerns in more detail and see how we can best assist. Thank you again for your candid feedback and for continuing to use Gorgias.
A few days in and I already regret the switch. The Shopify integration is marketed as seamless, but in practice you get basic customer data and past orders - that is all. Live cart visibility was removed in November last year, and their own support did not know this when I asked. We sell high-end products. Customers regularly ask us to check what is in their cart - whether the parts are compatible, whether anything is missing. Seeing the cart directly from the ticket was the single reason we chose Gorgias. It no longer exists, and nothing in the marketing says so. Meanwhile the entire focus seems to be on AI. At 1.50 USD per AI conversation I cannot justify switching it on - if customers actually use it, that is a four-figure bill at the end of the month. If your support depends on seeing what the customer is actually buying, look elsewhere. And if predictable costs matter to you, read the AI pricing very carefully before you commit.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. You’re correct that the live Shopify cart view is no longer available in the agent sidebar. This change was made to improve the overall performance and reliability of the platform, but we understand that for merchants whose workflows relied on this functionality, it can have a significant impact. We also appreciate you highlighting your concerns regarding our communication around this change, as well as your experience with AI pricing and Support. Feedback like yours is taken seriously and shared with the appropriate internal teams to help improve both our product and the experience we provide. A member of our management team will be reaching out to you privately to better understand your use case and discuss your experience in more detail.
Software is nice. But their customer support is terrible. Non-existent. Phones cut out all the time.

Hello Brace Direct team, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you’re enjoying the software, and we truly appreciate it. We’re continuously working to improve and provide an even better overall experience. We regret to hear that your experience gave the impression that our support was unavailable when you needed it, as we are committed to being responsive and accessible to all our customers. Looking into your case, we can see that when you previously reported issues with your voice integration, our team shared a booking link and offered a call to investigate this further. It appears that the call was never scheduled, which limited our ability to fully troubleshoot the issue together at the time. We also understand your concern about calls cutting out, as that can be particularly disruptive. At the moment, we don’t see any open or ongoing conversations regarding this, but a member of our team will reach out to you directly to better understand the current situation and ensure this is properly investigated. We’re here to support you and would welcome the opportunity to work together to resolve this.
One of the worst customer service we experienced in long time. Basically there is no customer service and no one answers us for months... And there is technical issues - The AI’s reasoning isn’t showing for some of recent tickets. Instead of explaining how it came to its answers, it just says the reasoning data couldn’t be loaded. This is a problem because some answers seem wrong, and we can’t see where the AI got its information.

Hello Livettes Wallpaper Team, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand how important visibility into AI reasoning is for your workflow. Recently, our team has been managing a higher-than-usual volume of requests, which has led to delays that don’t reflect the level of responsiveness we strive to provide, and we regret that this resulted in a longer wait time for you than expected. We know how critical it is to have clarity and confidence in your AI tools, especially when they directly impact your business operations. I can see that our team has since followed up and escalated this to our engineers to ensure the behavior is improved. They’re actively working on enhancing this functionality, and you’ll be contacted as soon as the update is live. We truly value your partnership and appreciate your patience as we work toward a lasting solution.
We have used Gorgias for years. Georgias has a lot of feautures and works well with Shopify, but recently costs have gotten out of hand. It is very expensive. Gorgias cost me $1,000 last month for less than 50 inquiries, which works out to about $14.50 per inquiry which is obscene. Support is non-existent even though I own the store I unable to get support. I am now evaluating other service due to horrendous cost and complete lack of support.

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how concerning unexpected charges or unclear billing can feel, and we’re glad we were able to look into this together. After reviewing the account, our team clarified that the charge in question was not solely related to Gorgias and walked through the billing details to clear up the confusion. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective, as it helps us continue improving both our pricing transparency and support experience.
Very finnicky and so much extra navigation that's unnecessary. They delete all your data if you don't pay the subscription. So if you make a support page with A LOT of info like we did, make sure you save it. They don't care about you, just your money

Thank you for your feedback, Team OlenVR! We understand how important your data is, and we want to clarify that it will be retained for 90 days after cancellation. This allows for flexibility in case you decide to return. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy. We hope this explanation provides some clarity.
If you are a by the hour worker who never leaves their desktop computer then maybe its a decent app but if you are on the go and work virtually from your phone at times then it is the absolute worst, the app has a 1.7 star rating in the apple store's website. Good if you never use a tablet of phone, stay away from if you plan to use the mobile version. I complained about it multiple times and they did nothing, the app got worse when I upgraded my phone.

Gorgias didn’t work for us in terms of pricing structure. It quickly became way more expensive than competitors offering a similar set of features and so we requested a cancellation of the service in September. Unfortunately that cancellation was not actioned and it wasn’t until December that we noticed Gorgias had been continuing to charge us. They refunded us once we reached out regarding this. They don’t make it easy to cancel, and you have to ‘request’ it rather than them having a simple ‘cancel button’. Clearly this setup leaves room for error.

Hi Pixie, We apologize for the challenges you faced with Gorgias, particularly regarding pricing and the cancellation process. Most of the improvements we make come from suggestions and feedback like yours, so thank you so much for sharing your experience. We genuinely appreciate your honesty and we hope to have the opportunity to improve your experience with us in the future.
Gorgias touts all of these integrations they have, but most setups are horrendous. Have to do a ton of work with all kinds of weird HTTP, web hooks and code stuff that most small business owners using Shopify may have a huge struggle. I know I sure have. Setting up Zapier integration is far too complicated. If you're going to support any integrations, please treat it like no one is a coder. Once we have to incorporate any code you've lost us. Also, the general UX experience of Gorgias is just not great. Navigation is weird and super busy. The mobile app couldn't be more worse. Lots of sales fluff on their website with very little followthrough, certainly with tons of friction for setup. I don't recommend this app at all.
The app is great, and the onboarding was easy. A couple of odd things happened here and there, like Instagram and FB disconnecting without notice. They told us they have no control over that - okay, but at least let me know the integration is gone and we need to reconnect. We did not answer any social query for 3 days until we noticed there was something wrong. Now, the TRUE dealbreaker for us is the file upload capability. It's 10 MB PER EMAIL!! Not even per file!! We create personalized paintings, so we need to send out customers high-resolution files. 10MB per email is just miserable, considering the app cost. A free Gmail account allows you 25 MB per file. Zendesk too. That would be enough for us. After spending time resizing, compressing, resizing again, etc., we are about to cancel the service since we spend too much time doing unnecessary tasks. We talked to support about this, and all they said is that they don't have a direct line with engineers and will add it to some feedback list. There are no plans to change that. So if your business needs to send files to your customers, bear in mind that this app will be a pain. I hope they can give us a solution, though.
