Great app for hiding rates and customising shopify ordering of shipping methods. Customer service is great too!

Very flexible app with a lot of possibilities, even for more complex shipping setups. We use different rules for DTC, B2B, plants, products and mixed carts, and HideShip gives us the flexibility to manage all of this properly. We also had an intermittent issue that was difficult to reproduce, and their support team went above and beyond by checking the Shopify Function logs and identifying the exact cause. Their investigation helped us resolve the problem quickly. Great app, very powerful, and excellent support.

Working as advertised! We have a blended D2C and B2B site with different shipping rules. Shopify's native shipping setup wouldn't work for us. Enter HideShip and problem solved! Setup was straightforward, and when I ran into an issue, Fabio, on the support team got right back to me, and was able to easily troubleshoot and fix my issue. So far so good and great support!! This app helped us tremendously during BFCM. Three of our high-demand SKUs went out of stock during the sale, but more inventory was hitting our warehouse right after Cyber Monday. We decided to continue selling the products going on backorder. Knowing these products would result in a 2-3 day fulfillment delay we used Hideship to hide our express shipping options if the customer had any of these items in their cart. Normally we go into a full code-freeze during BFCM, but this app gave us the confidence that we could make this critical change for the thousands of orders impacted.

I have been using Hideship for about 8 months now. The basic features I understood on my own were working very well. I came up with a new scenario that I needed to help find a way to offer free shipping AND discount on products for certain members. Fabio took a concerned interest in my business problem I was trying to solve. He even took the time to get on a call directly with me to walk through what my business issue was and work through options on how to solve them in this area. His guidance found me a solution that is doing exactly what I needed and I am extremely happy with the answer. Very impressive they he cared enough to take the time to work directly with me to understand the issue and help find resolutions for the issue. I would highly recommend this app if you are having issues with shopify's limitations with shipping methods. Well worth the small monthly fee, have more features than I knew about and does exactly what it says.

This app is great; it does exactly what it promises! Moreover, it was recommended directly by the Shopify shipping panel, which is a big plus. Many apps promise to sync with Shopify, but once you pay, you discover that’s not the case. Great app, it helped us to restrict our shipping postcodes. When we had an issue with unforeseen postcodes being blocked they responded quickly and provided a solution through creating a new rule. Would definitely recommend.

Makes the checkout extensibility transition seamless. We needed it to rearrange custom ship methods so that it would default to the first listed method. It does what it says it does!

I had a shipping/collection issue with a very irritating workaround. I got in touch with Fabio to see if this app could help me with the issue and after a few minutes it was sorted. I had a bit of an issue where I'd got a setting wrong and Fabio figured it out. All sorted now and my issue is fixed, with no more complicated workarounds. Great app and great support!

I'm a UK based store and sync orders to a fulfilment partner. I've been looking for an app that can help me deal with the complications with UK postcodes classed as remote locations which incur additional fees and take more time to get delivered, since the lowest level of shipping customisation Shopify can handle is country level. I've come to the conclusion the easiest thing would be to hide those shipping methods for those postcodes. The app seems to do just that and seems to work. I've been able to add all my remote location postcodes in one rule and it hides the shipping methods I want. It also solves another problem I had with premium weekend delivery options that customers kept on selecting during the weekend when our fulfillment warehouse is closed. It's now hiding those after friday's cutoff time until monday morning. Andrea and Fabio answered my questions almost immediately and confirmed my setup in the chat. Overall super happy...cant believe I've been wasting this many hours in customer service and manually editing orders all this time. A million thanks guys!

Thoughtful application. Even if the delivery is loaded by a separate application - there is an option to hide it by name. We lacked one function - the developer promptly added it. Excellent support.

I am so glad that I came across the HideShip app on Shopify! I had been trying to find a way to offer local shipping at a lesser flat rate to specific postal codes in my local area and I wasn't able to do this in Shopify itself. Now that I have added the HideShip app to my Shopify store, I am able to offer additional shipping rates, based on postal codes. This has been very helpful for my business and allows me to offer a less expensive shipping option to local customers that don't have the time to drive to my location for local pick up. I recently had an issue with customers outside of my local area being able to choose my local area shipping rate at check out. I contacted support and they assisted me in correcting the issue. Very quick and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the HideShip app!

Fantastic application! The implementation is very simple, the backoffice very intuitive and there are many possible rules. The icing on the cake: support is very responsive and helped me implement my rules.

Very intuitive UI and very easy to follow the logic to create simple and/or custom rules. Setup took literally under 2 minutes. You can hide/change/rename/reorder shipping methods and make them available/unavailable to your customers based on things such as order price, weight, shipping country, currency used, customer tag, product tag, product collections. The possibilities are endless.

I've been looking for a tool like this for a while and I'm surprised it's so inexpensive honestly. I would pay a lot more for this solution but I'm happy to have it for less!

This app is great!!! This successfully allows my store to hide Media mail options when people add non media items to their cart. After years of trying to find a solution to that problem, this app finally fixed my issues. Also customer service was great, i reached out before installing the app and their communication was fast and top notch.

This is the perfect app to hide free shipping to all customers but your VIP customers who happen to have a tag to offer them free shipping. I use it for my authorized distributors who get free shipping over a certain amount. Amazing customer support too.
