I have tried to run Tik Tok Shop and there was a bug related to warehouse location, requesting us to change addresses, I have done it and in the middle our account was disabled because of "suspicious activities", we are running business on several other marketplaces without any problem. We have provided the information that was requested by email, and our appeal was denied, we have 15 days to provide more information, we have provided exactly what Tik Tok requested. Can someone assist us?

Kind of a great app. It just lacks customization to make it more branded, and also the customization to hide it on some website pages. Would be great for messages coming from IG if we could see their profile picture and a quick link to access they profile, so we don't confuse different users.

Support is amazing. But App is useless. I mean, if you want to update your catalog you can't. You can just create new catalogs to use for ads. I leave 2 starts instead of 1 because support was great.

I would like to share more about your case because you previously had a feed connected to the catalog running ads on the current feed, so Socialshop cannot completely replace the feed you currently own. . In essence, both applications create 2 sources on the Facebook catalog and work independently of each other, as I have shared, to avoid duplicate products, you need to create a new Facebook catalog and update the Socialshop feed into it. Very useful app!!! It's amazing. I love it. When they implement the heat map feature it would be great!
The first month using it, pretty far amazing Rewards app. Should be great to have a little customization for free users. Like badge or some like that

If you are an E-Commerce you should use this app. I was using Mailchimp, they are great but their interface is a little old and robust. Klaviyo works better for me, easier
