I recommended and installed Multi-Store Sync Power for a customer who needed to keep inventory synchronized across two Shopify stores. Sync Power has been great. The app has handled our multi-store inventory and product syncing without encountering any errors. The customer service is 24 hours, which is incredible. If we have any questions they respond very quickly. Overall if you run multiple store with the same inventory this will make your life much easier and save you hours of work.

Good customer service

Does exactly as advertised and connects our DTC (main store) to our B2B store. Like anything new, there's a little learning curve, but once it's set up, it's pretty much set and forget. It syncs and creates new products with the click of a button and keeps inventory synchronized if you enable that setting. Any time we've had questions, the support team has been fast, helpful, and thorough.

Just an update to my 2020 review - still a great app and no issues whatsoever. Thanks to Vishal for sorting a problem very quickly as I had turned off syncing and couldn't remember how it was set up! Great customer service which makes all the difference. We had a few hiccups at the start but Vlad and Tom were quick to reply as it is sometimes a bit difficult to get your head round different locations and what fields sync. Easy to use and straightforward app.

We have only just started using the App to connect our 6 shopify stores to manage inventory. The set up was a bit tricky to understand, however the Support responded with lightning speed and offer expert assistance. Early days buy it does what it says it will and the support is there.

This app is perfect for us. We are using this app to syncronise stock inventory between stores (stand alone shop, each shop has their own shopify backend). I also use this app for an additional shop (different brand) for stock and collection sync (single sync for all new collections). the service is perfect - Alexis was immediately available and answered all my questions and guided me through a few app settings / adjustments. Good app, does what you want it to do. Recently had an inventory issue with a Shopify upload mistake of handles and mixed up products. The app did what it should have but resulted in a disaster (not their fault). However, speaking with the support they were able to reverse all changes fast and provided really top service to help us fix the issue, which was not their fault. So, great app and great service!

I have been working with this app for the last week. Now that I have it set up it's syncing stock perfectly between my two shops. Customer service has been incredibly responsive and helpful in getting me set up properly and answering all of my questions. Excited to add it to additional stores!

Best solution out there... we were trying expensive solutions that did not perform half as well as this app. Great support, great product. Not only does it sync up your products, but your collections and orders as well. Looking forward to the product metafield updates which I think is coming soon.

This app is a very good tool for syncing inventory among different stores. You can also duplicate products from one store to the other store easily. The customer service is excellent. They reply email very fast and they also offer online call help. I am vey satisfied with this app until now.

I wanted to wait until we were fully set up and had been running the app for a while before rating it. This app has done exactly what we were looking for and is a great value for the price, considering how much time it is saving our team! My company has two physical stores, each with its own Shopify store, but a lot of our products are sold on both sites. We used to manually create a listing on each of our sites for each new product, manually update on each site whenever a change needed to be made for a product listing, and manually had to communicate across locations and update inventory when an item was sold at one location. Besides taking up a lot of extra time, this also left a significant margin for error and lack of consistency in the product listings across the two sites. With this app, whether we're creating a new listing or updating an existing one, we can now do that one time, in one place, and see the changes reflected across both of our sites. We were even able to sync up both of our locations for inventory, so when an item sells or is added at either store, it automatically updates across both. I also want to note that I had a few questions before installing the app and during the setup process and the developer's team has been very helpful, with fast but thorough responses to all of my questions and helped me get the app up and running quickly and smoothly. They also made sure I knew how to back up my products prior to installation so that I felt more confident when installing the app in case there had been any issues. I did have to spend some time making sure that all of our products had unique SKUs before activating the app but since I took the time to ensure that was done, I didn't have any problems once I installed the app. Very happy with this app as are my co-workers who were doing most of the manual work before, and my bosses who have the peace of mind in knowing that none of our product listings will have inconsistencies.

We're still in test mode with this app, but it's performing really well and seems like an excellent and useful app for multi-store owners with the same stock that needs inventory synch.
