We previously used another service for fraud protection and now have used NoFraud for about two years. I feel we get a slight edge with Wyllo (NoFraud) and have successfully had more orders pass. They are very receptive and responsive. I do wish the new dashboard showed the contact status, but I understand that's in the works, and in the meantime it is easy enough to switch to classic view. Overall, worthwhile to our luxury goods online store.

I'll keep this simple... NoFraud is one of the best tools in our stack. Setup was easy and the customization options actually let you dial things in for how your business works, not just out-of-the-box defaults. Whether it's your tech setup, your risk tolerance, or something specific to how you operate, you can make it fit. Once it's set up it basically runs itself. We've spent maybe a few hours total on it over the last almost two years. That's not an exaggeration. It is truly set it and forget it, and it just works. For how much value it delivers, the ongoing lift is practically zero. On the results side, it's been a no-brainer. We've cut fraud significantly, saved our team a ton of time that used to go toward manually reviewing orders and dealing with chargebacks, and (the part that not everyone thinks about) we're actually making more money now. If you're relying on Shopify's built-in payment filters, you're declining legitimate orders and leaving revenue on the table. NoFraud lets you confidently pass more good orders through without stressing about the bad ones slipping by. I also love that they have human fraud analysts conducting manual reviews on top of their AI and algorithms. That extra layer of real human judgment on transactions gives you a level of confidence that pure automation alone can't match. All that said - the thing that sets NoFraud apart is the people. If I could give it 10 stars I would. This is a MUST have app for any e-commerce site. We went from having multiple fraud issues to none at all. There are still ways for fraudsters to try to use our/your site as a test so constant communication with the app team is the best. They are SUPER knowledgeable and always willing to help by changing some of the necessary settings to prevail the fraudsters as they get smarter, but never better than NOFRAUD! I can't say enough about them and their team.

Without doubt the most valuable app we have installed. But beyond that is the support! Victor and his team have found custom solutions for us for three major issues we faced that are not directly related to fraud. For example blocking PO's boxes and more. They have earned out custom for years to come. End of story.
I have been using NoFraud for over a year on another platform and now that we are moving to Shopify, I am making sure we use it here as well. We used to research suspected fraud orders manually which is very time consuming and a bit risky. NoFraud does all that for us quickly and with a high acceptance rate (higher than other services we've tried). Customer service is always very responive as well. Finally, if you do a chargeback on an order they approve, they fight it for you and cover it! This app genuinely saves you time and money. Must have!

I've been with NoFraud for 8+ years and had excellent results. Not one chargeback the entire time with them. It also has helped me save sales that I might have cancelled because it was unclear if it was a safe transaction so it pays for it's self. I recently move to Shopify and the fraud alerts have been helpful but not as thorough as with No Fraud. The 2 working together is the ideal combination.

NoFraud is an exceptional service for our business. On one hand, their set-it-and-forget-it model is absolutely perfect for our day to day business and their ROI is clear. For the bulk of fraud, we're covered. But what makes NoFraud special is their human touch. It sets them apart from almost ever other service we use: if we're see anything weird, there is a person we can reach out to. They've helped us hone our returns policy to fight returns fraud; they've helped us identify strange payment patterns; and their algorithm is fast enough to not impact conversion rate. I can't imagine running a Shopify site without NoFraud.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice... actually there won't be a once or a twice because you're blocked by No Fraud. If you exchange money for goods or services, No Fraud needs to be part of the plan. They will stop nearly all fraud, and make it too hard to come back and do more. They are excellent at this, their primary task. Beyond stopping fraud, No Fraud is the most consistent and reliable vendor we have any type of partnership with. None of the API mess ups, missed refunds, fumbled cancels, and other poor performance we've occasionally had to have a truth-telling meeting with a vendor about. Gold standard at all nuts and bolts interactions. Excellent responsiveness to questions. And yes, nearly all fraud stopped.
Orders are screen and marked Pass / Fail in under 5 minutes. They're even able to protect orders that Shopify might have flagged as potential fraud. Screening orders for fraud verification by analyzing customers' data including name, credit card security info, address of shipping and billing, IP, and more.
We've been using NoFraud for a few years and would recommend it tremendously. Occasionally something will get flagged as fraudulent when it isn't, and they're very responsive and are often able to get it verified in a timely fashion.

No Fraud are quite honestly the best Fraud prevention system we have ever come across in this marketplace, and we have been with a few different ones before coming to NF. They are EXCELLENT at stopping the massive amount of fraud we attract on our site. Due to the nature of both the product and the demographic of customer we have, we found that our fraud levels were so high, and the amount of admin and back end work we were having to do with previous fraud systems was both clunky and time consuming. Since moving to NF, we no longer get involved in the filing of chargebacks, and the AI system that runs automatically on our site means that as soon as orders come in, they are checked using their advanced technology and voided (if necessary) and the order is cancelled and never reaches our fulfilment centre. This has been a criteria that we were non negotiable on, and NF were the only company we found that could uphold this level of prevention. Their customer service and account management is second to none. We would heavily advocate them to anyone who is looking for a full spectrum solution to fraud. Our focus can now rest solely on our ecommerce business and we trust fully in the fact that NF are taking excellent care of our site and any potential attacks in the future.
This app has truly helped our warehouse filter out any fraudulent orders, as well as helped to alleviate any return/refund processing in the backend. It automatically scans the purchase location, credit card and IP address to discern the various ways the order is valid or invalid. We have a great success manager, Lisa W. who has always been super helpful and responsive along the setup process.

NoFraud screening is very helpful in filtering potential fraudulent orders. Based on our audit, almost all Failed orders are confirmed or associated with Fraudulent orders. Since we started canceling orders that failed NoFraud's screening, we had 0 cases of chargebacks from customers. The interface is very easy to navigate and you can adjust the settings as needed. With the help of this tool, we can better focus on other aspects of order management as it eliminates the need to check each order for potential frauds. Also, Lisa of the NoFraud Team has been very helpful in answering our queries and has been very proactive in providing solutions. I love how she's very easy to interact with and fun to talk to. She makes sure that we can maximize the use of the tool and offers features to help support our business better.

Normally not one to write reviews but absolutely must applaud NoFraud. I switched over from a big name competitor that dropped the ball huge on support. I've had no such issues with NoFraud — their support agents has been super responsive. The sales folks answered my every detailed question — even digging into API documentation. Their onboarding team was top notch. I was up and running super quick! Very happy.
NoFraud has been fantastic. We switch from signifyd and haven't looked back. Better rates, vastly simpler customer service, easier touch points for service/help, chargeback protection and filing on our behalf. (this was huge -- of the few chargebacks we've gotten, NoFraud takes care of them and we're good to go!), super fast verifications (if/when needed). Great staff. All in all, definitely recommend going with this app!
We installed the application just before the 2021 holiday season, expecting a rush and we wanted to be protected but we also wanted to be sure we weren't rejecting perfectly good orders. After extensive research and comparisons, and calls, and walkthroughs.. you get the idea. We decided on NoFraud. Long story short we could not be happier. Our season went off without a hitch. All our transactions went smoothly, all covered by NoFraud. The rollout leading up to this was just as smooth. We have Shopify Plus so we have some custom integrations with our ERP and processor and it was much easier than we expected, added some tags to support the NoFraud process and we were up and running in less than a week on all our sites. The NoFraud team is responsive, helpful, and proactive. They are also very willing to hear feedback which is a breath of fresh air these days. All of that adds up to some serious value for your buck compared to others.

NoFraud has been helpful in monitoring transactions involving the big ticket items that we sell. Especially around the holiday sales, we've had numerous fraudulent transactions come through, and we avoid the shipping costs of sending orders out to fraudulent people, and we can then refund customers who have been victimized this way instantly without repercussions. This is some of the best money we have ever spent. Integrating the app was quick and smooth, the support is fantastic and far superior to the service offered by some of their competitors. Our fraudulent orders have dropped by almost 60% since integrating NoFraud as compared to Signifyd and all orders that are charged-back are quickly reimbursed. If you're accepting credit card payments online, you can’t afford not to get them! NoFraud recently rolled our a service called "Chargeback Management Tool" which we have enrolled, the tool allows us to automate all disputes to be handled by the NoFraud team and free up our team's time in handling more important tasks. Well done NoFraud team!

NoFraud is a huge time saver and money maker for us. No fraud increased in our sales by allowing us to ship orders we weren't sure about and stops orders we thought are good. Completely automated and easy to install and use.
NoFraud was recommended to us as a means of increasing our sales through NoFraud's commitment to truly understanding the potential risk associated with any customer's order. Because NoFraud takes more steps to validate the potential for risk, and the opportunity for passing the customer's order through, we hoped to be able to increase the number of passed orders, without assuming more risk. We asked NoFraud to prove their claim. They set up a side-by-side comparison with our existing fraud prevention service provider over a two-week period. Every order that came through our store was handled by our existing provider, and NoFraud ran their usual range of fraud risk assessments. Even with NoFraud FAILING some orders that our existing provider PASSED, the overall benefit from NoFraud was evident in the total net value of orders PASSED by NoFraud that were FAILED by our existing provider. The implementation was fast and painless, along with hands-on training and suggestions to make the process much more transparent to our customer service team. I have already recommended NoFraud to several business partners as a way to increase sales, while still preventing potential fraudulent transactions.

5 Stars! Shoshanah is AMAZING, exceptionally professional, thorough & lovely & always responds within 24 hours. Without question, this app was an epic find. The streamlined process is clear, direct, easy to use & frees up A LOT of time. The stress of managing this would literally keep me up at night ... the question of "should I ship" weighs on all of us smaller sellers. I used to hand view ever single order following up with the customer, verifying ID & even doing that would STILL result in fraud chargebacks OR cancellations. ------------------------------------------ - -OH! One of the best unintended features is their blacklist feature. That one little features is an absolute incredible value add because it just drops us an email in our inbox with a big ol' FAIL. From there, you can check your shopify notes & verify the issue (usually non-receipt claims). So, if we could have a few different notations not just black list but: RED FLAG: WARNING - HUMAN CLAIMS NON-RECEIPT. SHIP WITH SIGNATURE. That would cut down on the time to investigate. -------------------------------------------------------------------- - -I do have one last & VERY ambitious ask. I would love to see an add on for protection against "non receipt claims" similar to Paypal. Where we ship & they cover, offering full coverage & the app just surcharges & crowdfunds the 1% or 2% on the back-end with reasonable limits (such as under $500). That next level "no fraud" including "friendly fraud" staple would make this app indispensable. I'm very proud of your team. Very proud. Bravo.
We love this product. Prior to Shopify’s product, we were using one of the bigger players in the market , which was expensive and hard to navigate & use – especially for our customer service agents. What we love about NoFraud so far: -Easy to use and understand -Great dashboard -Visibility of a human checking up on a questionable order -Whitelisting IP addresses for telephone orders -Support for non credit card orders Recommend!
I switched to NoFraud from another guaranteed fraud prevention provider. My approval rate improved, pricing was more competitive, NoFraud customer support is superb and the user interface is intuitive and informative. My only regret is that I did not make the change sooner

NoFraud has been absolutely amazing. Before NoFraud, we were suffering from a barrage of fraud attempts, which resulted in tens of thousands of dollars of chargebacks. Since installing the attempts have fallen a lot. The fraud networks communicate with each other to identify easy prey. Once you install this app, they will give up hope. It only took an hour or two to install and configure. The pricing is good. The support is the best. I think it's a no brainer.
The best way to describe why I'm leaving a 5 star review would be that I can sleep better at night. Knowing that I have this app checking all orders and that when they are shipped, they've passed fraud checks is a big relief. The team at No Fraud has been awesome to work with and very accommodating. We do hundreds of orders a day and we have not had any issues.
Great service, highly recommend. As we sell consumer electronics we required fraud protection or we'd be out of business. I used Signifyd for years but when I moved my shop from Magento to Shopify I reevaluated and chose No Fraud. The fees are lower, far fewer orders are flagged so less operations time for my team and the service is great. Install was seamless and their knowledge center answers all questions me or my team has. We've been using them for about 3 months now and all is good and I'm happy we're with them.
The NoFraud app is the best way to protect yourself from fraudulent orders. The app is really easy to install and setup. NoFraud's analysis has been much more effective over the standard default Shopify fraud analysis. It catches fraud missed by Shopify and passes orders that Shopify said were high risk - and no chargeback was received on those orders" . Best part is you could contact NoFraud and speak with someone about a transaction in question if needed. This is a huge benefit. If you ever need assistance they are always quick to respond. I could easily say this is a Must Have App.

This is excellent! I have been using them for over 4 years and they saved me over 60,000.00 in fraudulent transactions. They will catch those thieves that hit you site and they even guarantee it!! Great company for fraud. We compared them with other services available, and they were far cheaper, especially against the other popular option, Signifyd. The customer service has been amazing and they were able to help us set rules into place for different customizations on our site. Took less than 10 minutes to get everything up and running. So easy. Highly recommend!!!
NoFraud saved our business from fraudsters! Prior to integrating the NoFraud app in our Shopify store we were literally under siege in a losing battle with the fraudsters. We didn't know where to turn and nothing was working. We tried different levels of fraud protection from our merchant processor but that proved to be very problematic because a lot of valid charges would end up getting declined and that was costing us sales.
