This app has so many features and is so simple to use, it's perfect for just about any Shopify store. They have also upgraded to be compatible with Shopify's newest checkout & discount updates (2023) so you will never have to worry about upgrading! The real highlight though is the developer himself Bhushan. Saying he is responsive, helpful, and dedicated is an understatement. Our store needed a new feature which his app didn't yet offer, but when approached, he personally developed in under 48 hours. He is incredibly friendly and always willing to help out with any integration or store need. Do yourself a favor and use this app! 6/5 stars :)

Incredible value! No fancy sales team, no fancy dashboards - just clean, reliable data that has gotten us through the iOS mess for 10+ months now. Highly recommend!

This app has the best user experience of any edit order app I have used thus far. I use this app to edit orders due to OOS items or back order issues. Edit Order by Cleverific's 'advanced mode" makes it easy to adjust pricing, discounts, and even adjust which kind of notifications customers get. If you have edit order needs that native edit from shopify cannot manipulate GET THIS APP!

This isn't my first time working with Recharge and it won't be my last. Recharge found the sweet spot of people + process. The team is incredible and beyond supportive. Solid product and rockstar rep! We got our hands held during the free trial, and the NoFraud rep was super knowledgable, giving us insights and relevant info to our business case(s). The app works as advertised, really flexible and extensive with features. Totally recommend!

Owners/Support are super sharp people. The app itself is intuitive to use with powerful segmenting capabilities. The integration with Shopify is done really well, all customer and order info can be used with confidence. Setting up automation or one-off campaigns is straight-forward. We've seen immediate results just from sending a couple of targeted campaigns, well worth the investment.
