Herausragender Support, aber noch kleine technische Baustellen Ich vergebe solide 4 Sterne für die ySync Order Export App. Auch wenn technisch im Hintergrund noch nicht alles zu 100 % sauber läuft, macht das Team das definitiv wieder wett. Ich bin mit dem Kundenservice wirklich sehr zufrieden – hier wird einem immer schnell und zuverlässig geholfen! Für die Zukunft gibt es allerdings noch ein paar Punkte, die meiner Meinung nach weiter ausgebaut oder verbessert werden sollten: Support-Kanal: Es wäre super, wenn der Kundenservice wieder via Live-Chat erreichbar wäre. Das ist im E-Commerce-Alltag einfach deutlich effizienter und angenehmer als das aktuelle E-Mail-Ticket-System. Order Previews: Die Vorschau der einzelnen Bestellungen könnte noch etwas transparenter und übersichtlicher gestaltet werden. Queued Jobs: Es fehlt aktuell ein wenig an Transparenz bei den Hintergrundprozessen. Es wäre extrem hilfreich, genauer nachvollziehen zu können, welche Jobs gerade in der Warteschlange hängen oder verarbeitet werden. Fazit: Eine sehr nützliche App mit einem engagierten Team dahinter. Wenn an den genannten Punkten noch etwas gefeilt wird, gibt es beim nächsten Mal gerne die vollen 5 Sterne!

Great app for a very reasonable price and support is very responsive
Literally does everything we need it to. We've had issues with exporting orders via the standard Shopify method for months and finally decided to take a look at a plugin. This one is not only easy to use, but the support team have gone out of their way to amend the plugin to suit our needs. Would highly recommend it
The Exportible team worked diligently with me to setup the proper field mapping, test, and ensure all works smoothly. The software integrates well with my fulfillment providers requirements. Exportaible has simplified the fulfillment process of our site. En av de bästa apparna jag använt för ett ändamål. Den har allt vad gäller order export, vi trodde vi behövde bygga en egen pga våra önskemål men det behövdes inte. Riktigt riktigt bra! Plus att dom har grym support. Rekommenderas!
I looked at a lot of similar app before to choose Exportable. It is a great product, simple and efficient that does exactly what you expect it to do, without unnecessary complications ... and I'm using just the free plan. Quick, knowledgeable and collaborative support, they every time help me with my requests of customization. Happy to use Exportable!

This app is great, I didn't know that my warehouse had been manually changing the shopify order export file for years in order to process my orders! Now I can send them exactly what they need removing the risk of human error. AND it works easily from my phone unlike shopify's own order export. For $5 a month it's perfect.
The application is great. Very easy to use, provides a variety of options for order export and not too expensive.

Great App! Very customizable, does exactly what we need and has been working great since we set it up. Also, I had a minor issue but their support responded quickly and my issue was taken care of shortly after. Thank you.
This is the one app I found with customizable filters that allows me to export both standard Shopify data about my orders, as well as customization data that is collected via other apps that customers use on my orders. It also allows me to only export customer orders to be made (using Shopify tags) while being able to omit orders that are just for deposit. This app was the missing link in automating my order workflow for my handmade custom products. ( I use it in tandem with another app for auto-tagging my orders). I had a few hiccups setting up to export to a google sheet but customer service was quick to help me sort out my mistake and now my sheet fills automatically as new orders are placed. 10/10 would recommend this app!

Very easy to configure. Im using it to generate end of the day sales reports from multiple locations and run preorder lists from multiple locations which updates daily. The support team is very helpful and quick to respond. Helped me to add a feature that wasn’t available in just few hours.

Simple to use with tons of configuration options. It can solve any kind of problem in the association of fields. Excellent and advanced options available for configuring the export file. The only limitation I encountered is that it is not possible to map a file on two rows (for now). Great service and support!

After having Shopify update their API, changing the way we were able to bring orders into our ERP, we decided to search for a solution that wouldn't have to have us continuously working with developers. we couldn't be happier finding Exportible. The ease of use and multi-functionality for exporting orders is exactly what we were looking for. With just a few clicks we were able to change from importing via an emailed csv to an FTP/SFTP. Whenever we had any questions, the Exportible team was always quick to answer. We have been so happy using them over the past year, that we have even reached out to see if they have the capabilities to create a similar feature for our Amazon orders. Fingers are crossed that they can develop something for us, but the fact that they have been willing to listen to our requests speaks volumes. We love the pricing, support and are happy to recommend Exportible!
For us, having an app to export all of our sales to a Google Sheet is essential to keep track of all orders around the holidays. Exportible did an amazing job of making the setup easy and effective. Whenever a new order comes in, it automatically updates our sheet so we do not need to manually update it! The team was very quick to help us add custom fields. Overall I am very happy Exportible and would recommend it to anyone looking to export their Shopify data!

When we recently added new products and ran into limitations with what we could include in our export. The Exportible team worked consistently until the proper changes were made to the underlying code to support our new product line. Their tech support is knowledgeable and responds usually within a day. I would use them again with other client's Shopify sites without hesitation.”

This app automatically pulls the order data on to a spreadsheet that I could share with my supplier. It would be great if there was an option to choose what information/ cell can be edited so I am able to ensure the information is accurate. Highly recommended

The app is amazing and does exactly what it says on the tin. A great UI, it's very simple to use but gives powerful results that mean we save hours redirecting orders. But what really makes the software stand out is the support that sits behind it, anything you ask the team will do all they can to help you. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Very useful plugin backed up be excellent customer support (thanks Jor!). One of the only apps that allows you to export a csv file per order in format that is easy to customise via FTP, Email or both.
