Great product, excellent service, highly recommend.

This has been a really useful addition to our fulfillment workflow. It makes it much easier to route orders to the right store or supplier without having to handle everything manually. The inventory syncing is also helpful, especially when managing products across multiple stores. Setup was fairly straightforward, and once everything was configured, the workflow became much more efficient. It has saved our team a good amount of time and made order processing much easier to keep organized.

We are a dropshipping business and have used OFG since Day 1 to send orders to our suppliers. The app is easy to set up and service has been great - Kevin has always been extremely patient and helpful. Very open to feedback and recently implemented a new feature we had requested - thank you!

Wow! We’ve been using Order Fulfilment Guru for over a year and it’s been excellent. We recently had an issue which ended up being an issue caused by us and not the app however, Kevin from Cork Labs bent over backwards to help us resolve the issue. We have partners that sell selections of our products on their own Shopify stores. Order Fulfillment Guru has been a great tool that allows these partners to send us their orders into our Shopify account for shipping as well as sync product inventory. The Order Fulfillment Guru system is easy to use, and their customer support is very responsive for any questions.

Yes we have our own warehouse full of stock, but the ability to dropship a range of product seamlessly from suppliers warehouse. Well that's great for sales and cashflow!! This app is the backbone of our multi location fulfilment business. It is also the only solution I found that enabled Shopify Managed Markets to work with custom locations, but is suitable for all Shopify plans. It is HIGHLY configurable and will without any doubt meet your routing and fulfilment needs. Support is extremely fast and responsive. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Order Fulfillment Guru has been a great solution for our print-on-demand needs, allowing us to route specific POD orders to another ShipStation account. Kevin was incredibly helpful throughout the process—answering all our questions and providing excellent support. Now that everything is running smoothly, it has streamlined our workflow and made order management much more efficient. If you need a way to automate order routing, this tool is definitely worth considering!

The app so far has been very simple to set up and easy to use- almost a little too easy, I wasn't sure it would actually work! Glad to find an app that actually does what it says it will do. Works well for our needs.

We have a few suppliers that we send orders to via email for fulfillment. OFG provides a quick and easy way to send the orders for fulfillment and to track open and shipped orders. The one or two questions we have had along the way have been answer very quickly. Couldn't ask for more. Nice job.

We have an extremely specific and complex use case for OFG building an order sharing system into the back end of our site, and were able with some work to make it work. We are happy with the results. Currently implementing some further improvements after a helpful one on one chat as well. Straightforward to use, and responsive support team.

Great app, the only one making life really easy forwarding orders. The price is a little high and the service is great, they're super helpful but does feel a bit rushed at times. All in all very happy!

Great app. Excellent support

OFG app is a fantastic app. We have multiple warehouses and OFG app is able to handle our complex order routing logic to send orders to various warehouses. We want to ship from a warehouse that is closest to the customer’s destination. We don’t want to split an order between multiple different warehouses if we can avoid it. The OFG app allows us to prioritize and use the “all or nothing” fulfillment logic. The Cork Labs team helped us set up expansion stores, one per warehouse. It makes it very easy for WMS to pull orders. Each warehouse only sees their own orders and there is no confusion of pulling orders that are meant for other warehouses. The app itself has a nice and easy to use interface. Their support is amazing and always available to help. We do a lot of flash sales, and the Cork Labs team is available to make some changes for us and resolve our issues. I believe this is by far the best order routing app for Shopify.

I absolutely love this app! The app works exactly as described without any hiccups whatsoever. Im syncing products with other stores and the orders are flowing into their stores seamlessly. When installing, Kevin did a video call to help me set up the app which made it super simple. If I have any question whatsoever, Kevin and his team reply back within a few minutes. Highly recommended for any store owner doing dropship!

Assigning orders to different warehouses/locations in Shopify is surprisingly difficult (hopefully that changes in the future), but this app makes it possible and works well. More significantly, the support provided by Kevin is both very responsive and helpful in terms of solving problems that arise (between different 3PLs, shopify and the app, there's more complexity than one would think).

This app worked well to be able to split orders across our different warehouses. A point of improvement - if you have warehouses in different countries, it would be nice to be able to get the relevant tax and duties information transmitted for each portion of the order.

I've used a couple of different order fulfillment apps to connect shopify stores over the years and this is the first one I'm actually satisfied with. The interface is great, it's easy to set up and it's actually reasonably priced unlike some.

OFG saved us during our busy holiday season! We had thousands of orders coming through Shopify that could not be properly split-fulfill between our two warehouses. We were having to manual update each one. OFG not only provided the application to automate the process but they provided fantastic customer service a long the way. No problem was ever too big or too small to be addressed respectfully and timely. We are very grateful for their services!!

This app gives us the potential to create easily manageable fulfillment strategies that would usually take far too many manhours to be practical. Support is very helpful. There are a few things about how it works that we'd like to see some changes to, at least as 'optional'. But overall, a fantastic tool with extraordinary functionality.

Say, I receive an order fulfillment request from another store, the order value is $50. But the product price for a reseller is $25 so then how can I receive payments of $25 from a reseller for the price of the products?

We are loving Fulfillment Guru! The app is easy to set up, it saves our team time and orders are more accurate. We used to send drop ship orders manually, which left room for human error and the labels were created right away even if the item wasn't shipping yet, which caused customer confusion. High recommend! Also, the customer service is great. I had a lot of questions and they answer the, fast and accurately.

Total lifesaver! We have two fulfillment partners who need to be sent emails with packing slips attached and struggled to figure out how to do this for four months. I booked an intro call with Cork, explained the situation, and we were up and running in less than an hour. LOVE that they offer White Glove installation, which is great for someone like me who knows what we need but not how to do it.

Initially I had difficulty setting up this app to work as I had one parent and 4 child stores to install on and sync settings etc so it would automatically send orders from the child stores to parent and invoice stock purchase back to the child store. I didn't communicate this well enough and didn't therefore get support I thought I would. After some frustration, Claire came to the rescue. At a very late hour(s), she set the app up on all 5 stores, got it working perfectly, and all with a great attitude. The app is amazing. It sends B2C orders back to my wholesale B2B store, turning my B2B store effectively into a drop shipping store. I can't begin to imagine how many hours and work arounds this is going to save me, keeping inventory synced, and stock values in the right places. A very big heartfelt thank you to Claire, and this app truly is an outstanding addition to anyone trying to run multiple stores.

I operate a new dropshipping business. I had started by manually sending orders to suppliers, receiving tracking info by return of mail, and then copying/pasting tracking info into Shopify = totally unsustainable. This app has saved me hours already; it sends the orders straight to suppliers, they can see all orders in one place and then upload tracking info there which gets sent straight to customer. I've been in touch with Claire from support a few times and some of the improvements suggested have already been implemented. Great app and only getting better!

Fulfillment Guru is an amazingly powerful, yet exceptionally simple to use, order routing app. We started working with third-party fulfillment centers and needed to split up orders and route products to the correct shipping accounts, and Fulfillment Guru let us do that with ease. On top of that, their customer service is second to none. And I mean that. I requested a specific feature get added, and not only did they follow through, but they have also been so patient in answering all of my questions. 5+ Stars. Would recommend to EVERYONE that has more than just basic shipping and fulfillment needs.
