Logistied is on another level when it comes to having everything organized in one single app. The integration between POs, inventory management, landed costs, forecasting, reports, and RMA handling makes daily operations much smoother and easier to manage. The forecasting tools are amazing, the reports are detailed and easy to understand, and the overall system helps save a lot of time compared to managing multiple platforms or spreadsheets. It’s been a huge improvement for our workflow and operational visibility. On top of that, their customer support is awesome, very fast, responsive, and always willing to help. You can really tell they care about their customers and are continuously improving the platform. Disappointing Experience — Lack of Support and Unfair Billing Practices We had high hopes when integrating Route into our store, but unfortunately, our experience has been deeply disappointing. From the start, we operated under a verbal agreement regarding a profit share model, which Route later claimed was never formalized—despite it being a key part of our original understanding. When we raised concerns about billing discrepancies, instead of working with us toward a fair resolution, the team became unresponsive and dismissive. We were told the issue would be reviewed, but have since been met with delays and no effort to find a middle ground. It's frustrating to feel ignored, especially when we're simply asking for transparency and fairness. If you're a merchant looking for a partner who values clear communication and mutual respect, I strongly urge you to think twice. Our goal was always to resolve this professionally and respectfully, but we were left with no support and no resolution.

Shipping easy has been a pleasure so far. It allows us to ship with easy. We can compare prices from different carriers in a simple single window. It also gives us the chance to do marketing as well. We can email customers coupons if they sign up for email alerts. We can send reminders to shop again if customers haven't visited us in a while. We can send automated emails for customers after making a purchase with a coupon included to come back and shop again. The best part of it all is their customer service. They have a U.S based phone number with English speaking customer service reps that will answer all of your questions. If you don't like to talk on the phone they also offer chat assistance and the good ol' email if you're feeling brave. Thank you Shippingeasy Team.
