Amai PreOrder Manager + Notify

This app has been a huge help for managing preorders in our Shopify store. It is easy to use and integrates smoothly with our setup. What impressed us most is the outstanding support team. We recently had an urgent issue and they responded immediately, guided us clearly, and solved the problem extremely fast and professionally.

PreOrder Manager is a fantastic app, which covered all our needs for the pre-launch of several important products. The app worked perfectly and the customer service with Amai was excellent. When I had a technical query, their support couldn't have been better – their response time was super fast and they are clear about everything, and took care of the issue immediately. Highly recommend the product, and the team are brilliant.

Very easy to set up. I had some problems with my Theme and the functions, but I simply just contacted the staff through the chat. They fixed all the problems without hesitation.

Such an amazing app. Has so many settings that just work. I'm surprised Shopify doesn't have anything built in for Pre-Orders, but this app has helped our customers understand the item they ordered was a pre-order. Their customer service is top-notch too. They've fixed any problems quickly.

Perfect After service related to issue

This app works magically to incorporate with our preorder items that are scheduled for 2024 Autumn Season. We wanted something that we can broadcast or advertise but without needing to worry about manually fulfill or letting the customer know that this item is for pre-order only. I've been using Amai Preorder Manager for 4 years now and the app is improving year after year rolling out new features. You can set customs settings at sku level, pre-order info are display at the cart, checkout and in the order confermation email. The support is great. Quick at replying and fixing any issue. It's worthy the fee! No doubt.

Excellent Support & Features

App works great. Does many functions that keeps customers informed in the metafields that cannot be done with any other app. Customer support is very responsive as well. We tried them a year ago and had some issues but they seem to have resolved them and the app works great now.

This app is great! My theme is very customer and none of the pre order apps are compatible with it but Amai has the best customer service and was able to configure my theme to work with the am very very quickly and it was up and running in no time. Excellent app. It's generated over 100k in pre-orders in since we began using it and helped manage expectations in terms of delivery times with ease. Its been great so far and we have only just started. The support from the team has been exceptional, no task to big.

The app is simple to use and understand, with lots of options to customize the preorder experience. Tech support is also very responsive when needed as well.

I have just started using this app 1 month ago and I find it to be the best one currently available, just note that it will take time to get it set up proper. I added pre-orders to 1000 products and it took about 12 hours to set up. Settings can only be edited on 50 products at a time so it can take awhile but I feel it's worth it for the benefits of managing pre-order separately. Also in case of theme compatibility issues, make sure to plan time to work with support to get it functioning properly but once they got it working, it's great. Took me 4 weeks to get the issues fixed, communicating with them daily M-F. I am excited to use this app now moving forward. So my advice is use the app, just make sure you have proper expectations of time before jumping in and be patient.

Early days using this app. Just installed and only using the pre-order feature. So far support has been great. I like that you can edit on a variant level and I LOVE how you can the cart button and info text to include a ship by sate which will pull through to shopify. I will update review as I use more features and have some data. So far so good. Update: the pre-order button for some reason was not showing up even when all product settings were correct, so I reached out to support for assistance. They fixed the issue within a couple of hours. Great support experience!

The app works great. I had some issues installing it on Cyber Monday when we ran out of products and needed it to work fast. I had an issue installing it and sent in a help request. They responded in 15 minutes! They got it working and then optimized the loading time over the next 24 hours to provide a better experience for my customers. Great product, better service!

I used this app to set up pre-orders for custom car parts for our customers. It has been a very useful tool and their customer service is very quick and helpful.

Amazin App!! It is Everything that I have been looking for in terms of managing Pre-Order. Easy to set up and responsive customer services. I set up everything in less than 15 minutes and 10 minutes after installing I already had 2 pre-order orders $$$. Marketing and the cost of customer acquisition are so high if you are running out of stock even if for a few days, you NEED this app!!! Coming soon and Notify me are amazing bonuses of this app. The only downside at this point is that the Notify can't be linked to Klaviyo yet because still in Beta but it is promising.

Support replies are very prompt, including from developers. Also, detailed responses to adjustments for the implementation in our theme. If you have to deal pre-order products, this app is a MUST.

We constantly sell out of our items, which is great, but also causes a lot of issues on the back end. We use this app every single week to help keep sales volume up and customers happy while we wait for our new inventory to come in. The app was very easy to install to use. Customization felt a bit limited, but that's also because I didn't really dive deep into integrating it onto my store. Great for beginners who need a pre-order app that just works straight out of the box. I used it for a presale that lasted a week, and the customer service team was readily available for any questions I had. The app also showed the analytics behind which products were purchased, which helped me with putting together my production order since the cheapest Shopify plan doesn't give you this information. I'll be using this app again in the future when I need it again!

Currently testing free version of this app and it seems to be doing what it needs to do. Great options to allow preorder for specific variants.
