We've been using Amplify a couple years now, and have found it to be a great addition to our online store. Carlos and the team are always super helpful and responsive when it comes to any support we require.

Carlos and the team do an amazing job at responding quickly and resolving any issues or questions we have. There are so many great bundling options available, depending on the type of upsell opportunity, but they're all quick and easy to set-up. Everything fits seamlessly into the shop, and our customers love them. Would highly recommend Amplify!

Amplify has made many of our store's discounts easy to implement and manage. The cart is also very user friendly. Carlos and the Amplify team are amazing to work with due to their quick responses, abundance of knowledge, and friendliness! I highly recommend using Amplify.

However, the real strength of Amplify is the customer support — Carlos is always ready to quickly solve any doubt or issue, and the flexibility of the team is outstanding. Carlos was very helpful in resolving an issue we had with a new theme. Sent a detailed email and when that didn't work was able to find a solution quickly over chat support.

We have been using the Amplify app in our store for a long time and are very satisfied. The support is super fast and competent. I reported a problem in the chat and Ivan took care of it immediately and fixed the problem. Everything is great, the app is highly recommended.

I have a lot of success with the bundle options, it's a great way for me to move old stock in volume and my customers love having done for them outfits. The customer support chat is prompt to answer and (Ugur) went above + beyond in helping me with an issue!

We love the functionality of Picky Story, however the customer service is above and beyond! I've worked with Carlos numerous of times and he has helped me with figuring things out beyond Picky Story's capability! I really value good customer service and Picky Story sure does provide that. Highly recommend.

So far so good...just installed this app about 30min ago. Pretty easy to set up and it appears to be working great. We are using it for the Build Your Own Bundle feature since we already have fixed bundles. Had a question about how to set default variants for product selection and Uğur Can via their support team was a great help. My only criticism is that the Contact Support link in the Shopify App did not work. I had to go to the website and then go through their chat widget. Still 5 stars...service was fast and the app seems to be working well. Will update later if any issues pop up.

Been using pickystory for a month now and it has been a big help. We used to make bundles manually through shopify and tracking inventory and skus for all of the bundles was a hassle. Pickystory makes it much better. The best part is the quick customer service. Anytime we run into any type of issue they are always available. They are very helpful and responsive. I also like that they take my suggestions and put them in the queue for future updates.
