Very fast and very attentive customer support!

UPDATE: Jay had a call with me directly and helped me to go through some upsells, and was then able to resolve an ongoing issue that was affecting the performance of the app on my site. Not getting the revenue in to make it worth the cost of the app, and haven't really ever since the app updated.

Easy to use

At first, I had a few issues with the app and wasn’t too happy, but the team reached out to me personally to offer support. I’ve got to say, it turned out to be the best customer service I’ve ever had from an app developer! Jay took the time to walk me through the best ways to use the app for my shop’s needs and even helped me set it up in real time so I could start working right away. They made me feel like I was their only customer, and it’s such a great feeling to know someone’s really on your side

Only thing I'd love to see is the addition of a 'cart progress' indicator to upsell to a free gift or discount. Love all the new additions Bold has made to this tool over the years.

We like how Bold seamlessly integrates with all the other Bold apps to provide a great user experience for our customers as well as quick great customer service if we experience some kind of service interruption or question about the service.

A great easy to operate app that has increased our AOV significantly! Pricing is great and makes it a no brainer for us to use on higher ticket items to cross sell low cost products that add extra value for the customer and us.

I had installed another upsell app; although I had no complaints, I decided to return to BOLD Upsell because of the nature of my ecom store - I have a lot of products that will only grow with time, so I LOVE Bold Insights that gives suggestions on upsells based on my customer behaviours and thus saves me time. I also love the ease of setup and the ability to offer more than one upsell option as I find my customers love to mix and match to their style. Great App. Awesome Support This app is really easy to implement on any Shopify Store. It's almost a plug and play type of app. Easy upsell and cross-sell that will help you position products on the frontline while the customer starts the checkout process. Just installed it on our boot store and planning to sell boot care kit and boot jacks as cross-sell. Pretty sure this app will help sell those products or at least a lot of customers will not be able to view them if not buy them. Not to mention Rajni is great, she helped me troubleshoot a minor issue and she knew everything about the app which makes her Support Rockstar. Adding to the support list Laurel and Taylor are just amazing. They are winners and know what they do.

Bold really have the best suite of apps out there. Unlike the million other one-man team apps out there (some are great, but support can often be lackluster) - Bold has a SOLID support team that is always responsive and super helpful. Talked to Kelsey there today, and she went above and beyond what I expected. Oh and their Upsell Funnel app is excellent for increasing your AOV!

I have used this app for a couple different promotions. Recently, we are firing off a BOGO free with a minimum cart amount. I had a few issues getting it rolling and VIghnesh was able to assist and provide insight on different methods the app allows. Customer service was fantastic.

I use the app to add cross sells and upsells to my store. I had some issues, but Aryan Sharma was very patient and did a wonderful job to fix my issue. I had decided to switch apps, because I couldn't really customize the way I wanted to, but Aryan made it happen! I'm sticking around, and looking to add the discount upsell app.
