This app is an absolute lifesaver! I encountered an issue that caused multiple products to be altered or deleted, but the support team was exceptional—they quickly restored everything to a previous version before the problem occurred. I can't thank them enough; every store truly needs this app. You might not realize its value until you need it, but when you do, it’s invaluable. This is by far the best AI Chat Bot on the Shopify app store. I have tried pretty much all of them and they are glitchy and do not understand the nuances of a conversation so fail to provide a high level of support. Answer AI I can 100% vouch for as being a far superior and more intelligent app. It has been a game changer for our customer service, It understands everything a customer can ask and provides instant answers cutting down our support needs by circa 70%. The team is brilliant and went above and beyond to onboard and customize the set up to our needs. in 2024 every business needs and can benefit from this app, it is a no brainer and the best of its kind in the market place.

This app is flawless. Tried a few of the address validation apps but none quite did the job. This app is by far the best, great UX and design, simple to use and has more features and details than any of the others. Really solved a big issue for us, the app is a no brainer - Every store should have it, there is no reason to not. Support was excellent within 2 mins, and very nice to speak to. app is 5 stars and the best on the shopify app store. I have tested them all.

Excellent App. Simple one-click setup. Job Done. We were having issues with PayPal holding payments, since using the app, it syncs all our orders and tracking info on auto-pilot and we are now being paid with no issues. I have used this app for a few years and it is perfect. I did try a few similar cancel apps, but they didnt have the features, and we buggy. This one is flawless and just works. The only thing better than the app is the support from Axel, always really helpful and goes above and beyond to help. if you want the flexibility for customers to manage and cancel their own orders without contacting you, this app is the best in the app store. 5 Stars.

I have tried many of the tracking apps and this one stands out as the best based on features, notifications and price. The only thing better than the app was the support from Ashley, I had a small issue with getting tracking to sync up to my site which they have gone above and beyond to try and help. 5 Stars.

This is an amazing app. The only thing better than the app was the help and support from Louisa and Ember who really were amazing, they customised a small issue I had with the app and now it works perfect. I moved to this app from Ced Commerce, I can tell you this is far superior in every metric, Ced commerce was too glitchy, I tried almost every app for Etsy and Ebay and this one stands out, it has the best UX by far, is easy to use and looks and feels nice, But mainly it has no bugs at all, everything just works smoothly. Another important point, I tried a few etsy app that was a % of your sales. I can honestly say that for the price, features and useability this is the best app on the app store for Etsy and Ebay. 5 stars.

Amazing App And Amazing Customer Support. Cannot Recommend Highly Enough. I tried a few price match apps but none were quite right for our needs. I must say the support from Oleksii and team was the best I have received in almost 4 years on Shopify, They went above and beyond and customised their app to our needs and website so now it is perfect and a game changer for us. I love this app, It has solved several issues for us in one cheap app. Very easy to set up, and the UX and design of the app is amazing. I needed to tweak a few things, but Kien was there out of hours on a weekend and customised some things so they were perfect. I have tried a few product badges apps, but none were as good as this and the customer service was the best I have received on shopify 5 Stars.

I have used loox for a long time, and they always offer the best customer service. I had an issue and Rain went about and beyond even adding some extra code to my theme unrelated to their app, which was so good of them. cannot recommend highly enough, I did try several review app before Loox, and this one is the best. 5 Stars

Brilliant App, Moved from Schema Plus as their app would no longer work with my theme, Rakesh was amazing and set it all up for me in 1 day and now it is working great. rich snippets working again to improve google results and plus its cheaper app. so all round amazing win. I moved to this app from the standard Shopify one - It is a million times better and worth it. the only thing better than the app is the customer service received from Milan, I had an issue for over 12 months that I was unable to resolve regarding a feed - Milan managed to get it resolved and I am ever so grateful. 5 stars.

This app is absolutely amazing - It has solved an issue we have had for over a year that no other app or developer could resolve. I tried them all. The only thing better than the app was the customer support from Max, without a doubt the best support I have ever received from any Shopify app. He went above and beyond and now our site is kept up to date in real-time saving us many hours of work and being much more efficient data-wise. This is by far the best Affiliate/Influencer App. I know as I tried them all. others were either far too complicated with too many gimmicks, cost a ton per month, hosted externally so taking people away from your site. This is where Simple Affiliate just nails it perfectly - great price, very simple and easy interface that just WORKS as it should with no silly features. Best of all its hosted on from within your own Shopify Admin making everything seamless. Big shout out to Customer Service too who tweaked some of the CSS for me so it matches my store. A customer for life and already reaping big benefits from this app. Thanks guys 5 Stars.

This App is 5 stars for a reason. I needed a mobile app to further grow my business. I trialed a few and found them either too basic and lacking or way too expensive for a small business unless you step up to the bigger price plans. Shopney hit the sweet spot of premium features at a great price. The customer service from Mellisa has been some of the best I have ever had on shopify. A customer for life with Shopney. 5 stars.

The App initially didn't quite fit how I would like on my product page. I am not sure why this app has not been downloaded hundreds of times. it is hands down the best fraud app on Shopify, I tried several that were rubbish. this is the real deal used by some major companies like Disney. price is cheap per transaction, no monthly fees. support 5 stars, I was onboarded almost instantly. I was having major issues with fake orders, now I sleep well knowing the best of the best are on it, and even if one does slip through I am covered. anyone who is in a similar position to me, needing professional fraud software for a great price, this is the best option on Shopify by a country mile. Do not waste your time on the others, I did and all have limitations only this one is the complete package run by a true fraud organization, not just some developers who have made a fraud Shopify app, major difference. Most Useful App I have installed for my business - i stock thousands of rugs in many sizes, common in the industry not all are always available instead of letting customers down - i know have it auto sync inventory units from the suppliers via drop box every day. absolute game changer. struggled with one feed but Jor was top class in setting it up for me. 5 stars and recommend to everyone. some may think apps that do all the glam stuff are more important but for me having correct stock levels is a game changer. I fail to see how anyone can give this app less than 5 stars??? it promises to sync you stock..and does so via any medium you could wish for! job done.

I tried Export Feed, Codisto then finally Koongo. Koongo was by far the simplest to set up and sync so I went with that. This one does work as does Codisto. i would download all 3 and see which one you prefer. I would think Koongo would be best for the vast majority.
