Support team is fantastic at Glood. I had some challenges getting the app to match my theme and they stepped in and got it perfect. I'm currently using recommendations and recently viewed on my home page and getting good views. Only a few days into using the app but so far looks promising.

Recommend this app, it has many setting and features so you can tweak it as you like, manually select recommended products or let the AI do its thing.

Great app to add extra value to orders, have been using the app for year and the performance is consistently good.
I used this app to assign product recommendations throughout my site. It lets me use different types of recommendations like "you may also like" but also "frequently bought with" so you can suggest bundles. The app had trouble working with multiple currencies but the developers work on this for me and the product recommendations are now flexible across multiple currencies. Great support and great service, and a great product!

It does exactly what it promises to do, and it does it nicely. I've been using it with the Debut theme, and so far, I've never had any errors whatsoever. The support is remarkable and super friendly with a very quick response time ! Even with the free plan, the support takes the time to reply to all your questions, which is fantastic, and you really feel that they got your back ! The app itself is extremely simple to use, with a lot of configurations as far as the visuals, position, and the recommended products are concerned. I used this app to show Recommended products in Cart if my cart is empty. Best support experience ever! Needed help with changing font and some alignment style and it got done very fast.. Big thank you to Dhruv from support team!

They were efficient when I needed help from them. Layout and size was a problem for me to manage as the mobile version not able show what I want. However, they help me based on my vision upon my request and they have done it pretty well. Fantastic

I can't say enough good things about this app! It functions great and is very well priced. I only needed a few minor changes. I am so impressed with the customer support...they replied almost instantly via chat and were able to customize the look of my widgets. So far, so good! I had some minor issues with the currency showing as USD on my end, but it was just a cache issue. Also, I received prompt help adjusting the CSS to match my site's design. Outstanding customer service, would definitely recommend!

I am using the widgets of this app on the product page and the cart page, I found it works like promised. I had some issues with it (CSS and some error) and they solved that within 24h. Great support!
Best customer service I've ever seen. Their support helped us set up the app quickly, tweaked it to match our existing design, and offered strategy recommendations for how to best place the recommendation widgets. Also saved us a lot of money compared to our previous app without loss of function. 10/10
