Good app, great and fast support! I used another app with the same functions as Wiser but way more expensive. I like that it's a fixed fee with Wiser no matter how many sessions there are per month!

I asked if Swedish was an available language and got the answer yes, but when I installed the app the translation into Swedish was extremely poor with at least 50% of the translations being totally wrong. I could enter my own translations but this takes time and when I finally did not all of them was even showing front-end. I contacted customer service but got no help. Also the app had other bugs such as showing AUD instead of SEK all of a sudden. Maybe the app would perform if all the language issues / bugs would have been solved however I lost my patience after almost 3 weeks of trying to get help. Thank you for your review. We have been trying to help you with the translation customizations for several times, but you have to cooperate and tell us which translations you need to customize so that we can help you. We were on public holiday in the last week so sorry about that.

I installed the app to get rid of some bots harassing my store every day, however the app could not help with this. However the service and support was good. But I was disappointed that it could not solve my issue with the bots, even though I was told it could help with this. I uninstalled the app and asked for a refund, which I don't know yet if I get, still waiting for an answer on that.

I think the app would be great if you could actually set anything up... It was full of bugs, the preview did not load correctly. I could not edit anything after creating the funnel. I then tried to set up a new funnel but even that did not work, elements were not loading correctly etc. After installing the app twice and reaching out to their support I gave up. I used Chrome and only got the answer that "it should work with Chrome".... Hello! It's really pity to hear that from you. While we appreciate all feedback, we tried to contact you multiple times, but never got a reply. We've tested the app in Chrome, and never encountered any issues. (Tested in all type of Chrome and get the same) . If you see our reply, please contact us, and I will be more than happy to help you out. FYI: We have more than 500 users, and 80% of our users use Chrome, none of them encountered this issue.

Really good app for showing variants both on products pages and collections pages + fast and nice support. I can only recommend it to others.

I spent 2-3 hours of setting everything up, changes were not saved properly, settings would disappear. When everything was done I could not change the very title of the loyalty program (I run my store in Swedish and wanted it to be in Swedish). I reached out to support, they gave a standard answer that this could be changed in the settings which was not true. After som time they told me it could only be done with CSS but they hade no code for it. So WARNING if you run your shop in another language than English, do not use this app!!!

I Love this app, it displays my products so nicely, shows the analytics and the revenue it creates and is worth every penny. Great support too!

The support is great and very fast, however I would warn anybody to use the app as it changed 700 prices in my store automatically even though I had not setup anything for them via this app. Their support helped me reset this however I was in panic and cannot use this app anymore as it does not work.
