This was the only app I could find that did everything I wanted and I had some issues setting up (turns out they were me problems haha) however not only was support super fast but Dan was amazingly helpful and solved all my problems with ease!! I am a big fan of Gojiberry. I think it might be one of the most easy to use and clean post-purchase survey tools on shopify. The team who runs this are top notch, and really took the time to make sure that we felt supported. And i think the 5 second survey is a very unique and useful tool that has helped us better understand our customers wants. Amazing job!

I have been using Bonjoro for over nearly 2 years now and it has been one of the best apps out there for customer retention. Being able to connect with my customers in a personal way has been so great for customer retention and growth. The integration has been simple to setup, and the ability to connect with different customers in their lifespan of the business has been helpful too. I have messages for first time customers, as well as ambssadors. I also love the iPhone app. It makes it very simple to make videos on the go. The app has been easy to setup and use, and I am seeing the big uptake in customer re-orders. we went from about 25% re-orders to about 34%. Wow! Amazing Job Bonjoro Team!
