Sparq Product Filter & Search

This app works seamlessly with our Shopify store and has been easy to use from day one. The search and product filters work perfectly, and we haven’t experienced any issues. Helpful and responsive support team

This is an exceptional app and by far the best search and filter app that is offered for Shopify. What sets this apart from other apps is that it is similar to Search and Discovery but, S&D on steroids! At first this app did not do everything the way I had it envisioned it for my site but the Support Team at Sparq led by Harshit went way above some small fixes but worked with me to build their app to do things like Search and Discovery...only better! Their app now allows filters with Metaobjects! So you can make very pretty filters with images and swatches to look so much better then just plain boring text. But, unlike Search and Discovery, their app has no limit to the number of filters! Search and Discovery only allows 30 filters, I use over 200 over hundreds of collections. Next Search and Discovery and native Shopify only allows 128 entries for metafields. Using Metaobjects you can get past Shopify's limit of 128 by just making your filter using Metaobjects which I have found no limit to yet. So this app does 2 things no other app can do! In addition, Harshit must have spent in total 40 or 50 hours of time to match their filters template for collections, exactly match my theme. FOR NO EXTRA FEE! This is amazing service and now I have a beautiful site with a matching search and filter app that looks like its part of the theme. I cannot explain in this small review just how good this app is and how good the support team starring Harshit is! It is worth every penny they charge. I just think they don't realize how helpful all these things they did for me will help others out there that are stopped by the Shopify and Search and Discovery limitations. We have been using this app to enable search and filter on our Shopify webstore for some time now and this review is much overdue. Overall, this app does everything it says about filter & search. And it does it really very well. Top that with a support team who is responsive and eager to understand your requirements and help custom make solutions for you. I have dealt with Gaurav and Chris and both were amazing! The search is so much faster and broader than the regular Shopify search and users can view what they are searching as they type in real-time. Their filter feature takes them to the next level of everything. Especially the new version of the app where you can create and edit your own filter options. Transforms a simple Shopify webstore to a well equipped professional looking website.

This app has been the easiest to set up out of all the product filtering programs I have used. The interface is simple and easy to navigate, but the best part of this app is the ongoing help from the staff. Chris and his team reply extremely quickly and are able to help me with all the design and technical elements that I have asked for help with in a very timely manner. Very impressed with the high level customer service that Sparq provides!

So far so good! We carry a lot of different brands of products with different options for the variants, so we needed an app that could filter based on tags. This one works perfectly, and we've had very positive feedback from our team and our customers. The backend setup interface is not immediately intuitive, but I was able to schedule a time to walk through the options with their team and clarify the options. Support has been great from the Sparq team- they are not in my time zone, but if I leave a message during the day they get back to me quickly. They've been super helpful in making small adjustments for me, and overall I'm very happy. Thank you!!

DCKBOARDSHORTS.COM Honest opinion: Our true rating is 4, but we didn't want to downgrade their rating, because they are great and deserve to be highly ranked. The app itself works well and is a must-have on any Store. They are able to set it up according to your Theme and to your liking, which is great! If your store is fairly basic and you don't have any special needs, 100% perfect. Customer support is also great (on the first few back-and-forths) as they reply quickly and the live chat option on the app's dashboard is a top feature. You can also set-up a video-chat if needed. ...BUT... It is NOT easy to set up at all all if your store has special requests and needs. Our store has been taking almost 4 weeks to set up and we're still not at 100%. Sometimes delay was due to difficult requests on our end, but sometimes we were unanswered for 3/4 days. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend this app, specially if your requests are not too sharp. If they are, we also truly recommend it, but be prepared for a bit of a headache, lots of time invested and some miscommunications. Good luck!

This app has revitalised my products and collections categories! Chris has been a joy to help me get set up and was there for me at my every beck and call! Can't thank them enough! My only regret is why I didn't find these guys sooner!

This app is brilliant - allows us to creae every kind of filter we need to, everywhere we need it across our site. This gives us the navigation and flexibility that Shopify on its own can't do. It has been fast to implement and the support from the developers has been brilliant. We can't believe it took us so long to find this app !

The app looks fabulous on my store, and the feedback from customers on how it impacts their user experience is great. It is much slicker than I was hoping for, and the support is helpful and responsive too.

So far I am very happy with the app. I got it on a trial and wasn't sure if it was the write one. I was able to speak to a live person the same day I downloaded the app which was so nice. They explained it all so quickly and easily. I was a bit reluctant to allow support to help structure my site, but I allowed and I'm very happy I did, because I like what I see now. Sparq is perfect for my business because I have a large inventory and it is very specific to searches. I would highly recommend this app to anyone with a large inventory with search needs. Anik

This app does exactly what I hoped. Advanced filtering options, most importantly by size, customers expect these features standard now and Shopify doesn't offer. Service is great, high responsive app developers set up our filters to match our theme, and made adjustments as I requested. Must have app!

The app provides a good and smart search bar with results you can adjust by yourself. We are also a fan of the filters that you can set up on your collection pages. These are really helpful for our customers. The team has also been of a great help to adjust the filters and the look and feel of those to match our website. We are very happy with the result.

They helped me install everything and altered the filter to my store's specific needs. Now I am able to let people shop by size. The best customer service I have had out of any app I've used over the many years being on Shopify. It can be a bit techy to set up all the filters the way we wanted it, but the team has been so responsive and available frequently to help us set things up exactly the way we wanted. I tried out several other apps but didn't find one that fit our needs as well as Sparq did.

Awesome app! Best part is the customer service. We were able to have our filters totally customized to our theming, and they even suggested special designs that really elevate our store! Can't say enough good things!

Although I didn't end up keeping this app for other reasons, the staff support was amazing. Honestly, they responded really quick and supported me to see how they could get this to work.

You have so many apps to choose from in the shopify store but really what It comes down to with the 3rd party apps is the customer service! The Sparq app is a great way to class up your collections and provide customers a very complete search bar. The customization options seem to be endless from different border colour of buttons to which pages and collections show on the search bar. The customer service has been the highlight however, I wanted to have a few extra adjustments made and they have been incredibly helpful. Very quick response times and going above and beyond the asking. I'm excited to see how this app works for customer conversions but I have a hunch it is really going to help set me apart from other websites in my category. Can't recommend enough!

Strong and easy to use. There is a bit to tinker with but overall support is great and will be able to help when you need it.

Trialing at the moment to see how it works. So far so good. It looks super smart on the website and allows customers to find the product easily. Was a little difficult trying to set things us as I am not very tech savvy but the customer services guys were all very helpful and patient with me. I'd recommend this app for sure!

I really like this app and how easy it is for find products in my store. I also like that I can control which products do or don't show up in the search results. I'm still using the trial but I'm already impressed with Sparq search!

Sparq is an excellent search app. What really distinguishes Sparq though is the phenomenal customer service and customization from Chris, Neha and the Sparq Team. I have had a lot of great customer service from many Shopify app developers. So it is high praise indeed to say that the effort taken to understand and respond to specific customer needs, the speed and courtesy of communications and the untiring effort to "get it right" for the customer is second to none at Sparq. I can't imagine that anyone would feel that they did not make the right choice with the Sparq Search App.
