RP ProMap ‑ Store Locator

I have amended my review to one star to 5 star. The app has a new owner and I have found that the company is not only very responsive but worked with us diligently to fix all of the automatic accessibility issues. I generally hear back from them either immediately or within a few hours.

We use this app to help our brides locate their closest bridal store. I have had a great experience with the support team any time I have a question or concern. They are quick to respond have helped me fix any issues.

This app does exactly what it is designed to fon its very easy to add new stores and we have a global network of retailers who customers can find by simply entering their address and looking for the closest store on the map. I have had a couple of issues in the past where things have been updated by our theme and by Google and the app has stopped working but support have always been extremely quick to help me and have resolved the problem very quickly every time. Definitely recommend!

In 2022, Luna and team were a big help in making sure the store map worked properly. Again in 2023, Jasper was most helpful in helping troubleshoot the app after a theme update. It's a great add-on feature for our shop!

Excellent customer service. We knew the app design itself was perfect for our business. With over 5000 locations, we wanted a fast, responsive, easy to use store locator. This checked all the boxes. Unfortunately we ran into an issue when linking up the APIs, but their dev team was extremely responsive and worked through the issue to find the fix (an error we had made by mistake). The app now functions exactly as we wanted. Highly recommend.

Very good for mapping out multiple stores or locations, plus great support. Set up was slightly clunky to begin with, but easy once you know how.

While this app was not an immediate plug and play (which, honestly what is these days) the staff was extremely helpful and very responsive. My client needed a map locator for visitors to search for vendors who sold their products. We started with a simple Google Map, but as they grew, it became difficult to manage. I reviewed a few different options, but this was was SOOOO easy to install, easy to customize, and a snap to bulk-import their CSV file. I didn't want the search to span across the top, so I tried another app, but realized why this one was much better. That would be my only critique...if they would allow the 'search' to display in different positions. Other than that, it's a great product.

Our product is available in 500 stores so having a good mapping tool is essential. ProMap has been useful for us so far. Uploading csv's is easy and any other setup help was quickly resolved with their support team.
