Running tiered bundle discounts on a build-your-own gift set — customers pick two to five products and the discount scales with the count. Applies correctly to the full selected total, which not every bundle app gets right. Clean widget with a live running total. Support replied same day and stayed on it until everything was properly resolved.

Never had customer support direct via Zoom Call. This is actually very helpful and you can guide the problem directly in the call and show your screen what the problem is and it gets resolved in minutes. The app overall is great an it has a lot of possibilities.

I got this app to install a free shipping bar in the cart drawer. It was pretty simple to install. When I did run into an issue, customer support responded very quickly and Suki had me sorted out in no time. Highly recommend this app.

I can't speak to its effectiveness in conversions/upsells, but I can tell you that their customer support is fantastic! I'm on the Horizon theme and needed some help in setting up the app in the cart drawer and on my product pages (again, because I'm on Horizon). Both Suki and Ruba were able to solve each issue in a matter of minutes. Great support! [Update] Have had a few more occasions to work with support and continues to be amazing. Definitely feel this app is moving the needle in sales and AOV!

Dealeasy solved a bulk discount problem I've been having for months! Customer support is so responsive and helpful. Fixing a conflict between the app and my theme, and going as far as customizing the app's appearance for me. I wish they had a tip jar because they've seriously earned it.

Great app and great support!

Very easy to use app, most things work straight out of the box all the while giving you customisation options. Everything is as described and the free tier is more than enough to try it out, while the other tiers are very reasonably priced. 10/10 I must also note that the support was extremely responsive, i had a small issue on my end, and within a 12 minute call they were able to remotely fix it on their first try. Really easy to set up tiered discounts, which is exactly what we were looking for. The UI is simple and easy to understand. Excellent app. Excellent customer service. The multi-buy discounts created with the Dealeasy app are the highest converters on my store, and a crucial part of my business.
