Tan has been very helpful customizing the app settings to match our site preferences and assisting in bug fixes! The app is easy to use and has a lot of helpful functionalities.
Orderly's team was extremely helpful and fast when requesting a customization to our current email templates. They understood exactly what I was asking for and were able to make the update right away. I highly recommend and feel confident working with their team to achieve what we need!

The app is very easy to setup and their team is quick to respond with any assistance or changes we want to make. I only wish we had more control over the visual settings within the app so we didn't have to reach out to support to help.Thank you!
Their support is extremely helpful and responsive. Through chat I was able to quickly build and customize a report by giving their team the specific details I was looking for. I highly recommend!
This app has been extremely reliable and straightforward and their support team is very responsive and supportive to our needs. As we trouble shoot the logic of some tags, the team has always been helpful and worked with us to find the best workflow.
Their support team was extremely helpful and quick to respond when I was having trouble with a layout issue. They even provided a video guide, using the page I was working on, to show me what I needed to fix. Would definitely recommend!

The app is extremely easy to use. Setup is quick and it just works! They're support team was also very quick to respond when I had a question.
This app was really easy to setup. When I had a few questions, Ben was quick to respond and had a simple answer or solution to help me figure out what to do. Highly recommend.
The support team is extremely helpful and responsive. We have needed a lot of customization and they have always been there to find a way to help and make changes for us. And if something wasn't a quick fix, it was something they were able to help us develop. While I wish the app wouldn't completely take over collection pages as it does, it is still a really robust app that has helped us. I know I can always email them for support and a helpful response.

We have recently installed this app and have worked closely with it's support team to get it customized to our site. They have been extremely responsive and helpful with every request. If they were able to do it, they happily made the changes or walked me through what we needed to do to make the changes we wanted. I cannot recommend their team enough. I have found other apps to be limiting in their customization and response from their support team, but this app has met every request with a solution that worked for us.
