My experience with this app has been highly disappointing. Despite opting for the highest plan, the translations provided are often outdated and incomplete for various countries. The promised auto-update feature is non-functional, forcing me to manually synchronize content daily across 20 countries. Despite reaching out to customer service over 50 times, the issue persists, with the response consistently claiming their developers are addressing it. Recently, the app introduced an update limiting the number of words that can be translated without additional payment, a significant drawback not disclosed during subscription. This, coupled with an exorbitant monthly fee, makes the overall service feel like a rip-off. I am effectively paying for a service that falls short of its promises and now comes with additional restrictions on translations. I strongly advise others to avoid the hassle and explore alternative solutions.

No customer support, the app can allow you to email 10 influencers only and that's it. difficult to use and not a user friendly. I am not sure if I will keep using it as it wasn't as I expected.
Great experience from start to finish, it is easy to use the app on Shopify and the team at Grommet is very supportive, experiences and friendly. We are featured there now and started receiving orders as well. Well done as this is the best app we used on Shopify so far.
I've had the pleasure of using this app, and it's truly a game changer for Google Shopping. Not only does the app have a plethora of features that make the entire process seamless, but their team deserves a special mention. Every time I faced an issue or had a query, they were prompt, understanding, and went above and beyond to help.
This app has published the same items to Etsy several times, I received a huge bill to pay from Etsy for those duplicated listing fees plus the time I spent to delete them from Etsy shop.

Be aware, they charged my credit card after months because they said that they forgot to charge taxes when I placed the orders. I contacted them and explained that they can’t ask merchants to pay for their mistake. No reply so far
I am using this app for 2 years now and happy with it, I had an issue when I changed my them and the app support team was very helpful to address the issue. Highly recommended
