For the past five years, we had been using the ShippyPro application for generating our shipping labels. We decided to try UPS's native application, and we couldn't be more satisfied. This application is very simple to set up, can be easily customized without code and is very efficient. Following a theme updating, there was a small bug... An email to Chris and everything works again in less than 10 minutes !

This is the "must have" application to understand your business : powerfull standard reports, very fast, very easy to customize, doesn't affect the code... But there is a +++ You need a complex report ? Just ask the support and they are more than happy to help, they don't leave you until the result is achieved . We definitively can't understand our business and take the right decisions without "Better Reports" Thanks a lot !

This app doesnt perform very well.. One day it's OK and the day after nothing works + I sent an email to the support because the app make some troubles with some mobile OS, the support never fixed it. So I paid 2 months and deleted it searching now for another one.

We moved from Weglot to Langify 3 months ago (time to translate the whole shop) and we are more than happy. The app is simple and efficient, the support always answer very quickly with the right solution. Now it's time to work on a 3rd langage !

J'ai utilisé l'application pendant 6 mois +++ Le support est efficace, réactif et agréable. - L'application est encore un peu laborieuse à utiliser mais s'améliore. - La correction humaine reste indispensable si on veut des traductions parfaites. Mais surtout : Il est impossible de traduire les facilement les URLs donc, quelque soit le langage, l'URL reste dans la langue d'origine ce qui est problématique pour le SEO. A la décharge de weglot, Shopify n'autorise pas la modification des URLs.
