I have been using this app for 8 years along with their other apps, Yotpo Reviews and Yotpo SMSbump. I waited way too long to delete their clunky apps. And because I was a long time member, they thought the need to disconnect my Klaviyo integration because I was grandfathered into their old plan and wasn't paying their "Premium Price". That's not MY FAULT! When I had an issue, they would try to get me to upgrade. Why would I want to upgrade and pay more money for less when I have been using your app since August 2017? Yotpo has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth.

Hi, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We want to provide some clarity on the situation. In April 2024, we discontinued the Silver package and transitioned customers either to our free tier or offered an upgrade to the Gold package. We announced this in several communication cycles via email. We understand that this might have caused some inconvenience, and we apologize if the prior notifications didn’t reach you as intended. At this stage, while we’re not able to offer an alternative solution beyond our existing tiers, we would be happy to discuss how the Gold package might better serve your needs if you’re interested. The team at S-Loyalty are extremely creative folks! They created such a beautiful customized Rewards pop-up for my website without me asking them to do it. There’s something to be said about a company going out of their way to make your Brand look better. I’m very pleased with their customer service and willingness to adjust my set up based on my individual needs. 5 stars!
Great service! The icon wasn't showing up on our desktop view and the heart was initially unattractive on mobile view. Customer support was great! Created new links, header placement, and added Wishlist into our Sidebar. Highly recommend this app.
Update: Still 5 stars! I updated my theme on Shopify and the Appify team were ready and willing to update their app as well! Great Customer Service! Great app and the customer support is great! I need special coding and they got it done quickly! Very attentive and willing to help you out! Highly recommend!
Unfortunately I had to delete the app I wish it would have worked for me. Because the trial period allows you to block the associated collections you don't allow for returns. I own a subscription box business and these items are already discounted. I wish they had a lower plan for those of us that really don't have a lot of returns but need some essential tools to process other returns. Just not a good fit for our company. But the Support team is still excellent and I am certain others will love this app.

Zach and Bryan and the rest of the team that helped us migrate over, have been great to work with! It only took me a few weeks to migrate over! You just need to stay on top of both your old app and new app and make sure your .csv is staying up-to-date on two platforms side-by-side. Tedious? Yes! Especially if you don't know what you are doing. However, they explain everything and response time is FAST! Once we migrated over, small little issues arose but those were handled just as fast! After migration, I realized that my current Shopify theme wasn't looking too great and needed help switching themes. Well, once again, contacted Recharge and BOOM! - Bryan and his team helped me with integrating our new theme and adding the necessary widgets/links. Having the Recharge subscription app is like having a Mercedes Benz with their Top of the Line Service providers - making sure all the bells and whistles are working at Top Performance. Keep in mind we are a small company too! Recharge could have easily put us on the back burner knowing we aren't going to be making them much money anytime soon. (I know other apps that do this!) Infinite Options has done it again! Quickly and efficiency is one of their best assets! I need to make our packing slips list all of the infinite options that were selected during check-out. BOOM! Sent an email and they sent me the snippet code with instructions to attach it to Shopify's shipping settings. Got this done all in less than 24 hours. I will continue to use Infinite Options once we launch our new website in 2022! Thank you Daniel and team!
