Great app, even better customer service and technical support!! One of my favorite apps on all of Shopify

Expensive, they keep raising the price and support is never good. They also launch updates that crash the system. Shipstation has an outage 5-10 times per year. Currently, It won't connect to Shopify correctly and I can't get any help.

great support and friendly service. Software saves alot of time in accounting. Once setup, most all functions are automatic

The content API isn't working with Google. This stopped working in June of 2022. As of today, September 2022, they still cannot correct the problem for me so none of my products are showing on Google. All I get is lip service! If you have other options, don't get involved with this company

Great customer service! Through the chat feature, Anna and others at Estimated Shipping Date were able to customized the app to match my site's font, size and spacing within an hour. Very pleased!!

This company has solid customer service and the app continues to improve everyday. I've been with them for years and have yet to have a problem they couldn't fix!

Very good app and good customer service! I would give it a 5 star but it doesn't work with the buy now button nor does it work properly with abandoned carts.
