Reamaze has been a great fit for our store. We moved over from Freshdesk and did a lot of research on the competition. The built-in and completely integrated KB is a game-changer, it helps offer suggestions from your FAQ before you need to get a live person involved in support. Like any heavily integrated app you're bound to need some help & support along the way, and the Reamaze support (live chat with quick response times) has been incredible every step of the way. An easy 5 Stars for us!

Getting the data you need and understanding the app functionality isn't without challenges, but the live chat and follow up support is incredibly helpful and has helped me resolve every issue I've come across. Don't waste time troubleshooting, just ask the friendly support for the report you need and they'll help you make it. The advanced filtering and reporting has been invaluable!

It's a pricey app depending on where you're at in your growth and revenue size, but worth every penny when it comes to being able to predict inventory needs. It also may feel like an overwhelming app to learn - but again it's worth the investment of your time because of how powerful it is. The best part hands down has been the support. I've had a million questions as I've used the app - and every single time I've gotten the most helpful responses and even quick changes on the backend to make the app work exactly the way I need for my brand. Cheers and thanks to the IP team - this is definitely a 5 star app and they've been an important partner for our growing brand.

I've been using Judge.me for a year or two now after switching away from Yotpo because of the cost. It's been a great platform that customizes well with our site and the support has been great!

As other reviewers have said, I'm also using this primarily for backorders instead of true pre-orders, but it helps immensely. Being able to cap the number of orders taken is exactly what we need to manage our stock and keep selling when items are almost back in stock but not quite there yet. When I've had questions or issues with the app the support has been great, I recommend it highly if you need this functionality in your shop.

I'm pretty picky about adding new apps to our site and I was admittedly skeptical about adding this. I had a hunch that we'd get complaints from people who didn't understand why they were getting popups (even though they asked for it). But, after more than a month of using it, we've got well over 1K subscribers and not a single complaint. We use it sparingly to let customers know about sales, new products, etc. and it's working well - the Abandoned Cart feature is also converting sales that may not have converted with a simple email. I've had a few questions & support needs and the support has been great. All in all, a highly recommended app for your site.

Sure you can capture birthdays in a variety of ways and automate emails to your customers without this app. But the ability to create and email a unique coupon code for those customers and set it to expire X days from their birthday is what's really needed to run a successful birthday discount program and that's where this app becomes indispensable. Support has been excellent so far too - I emailed with a request and not only did they resolve my issue within 24 hours, they updated the app for every other customer to improve it based on my suggestion. Still just using the Free plan and extremely happy so far. My happiest moment came when I was researching a separate Spinning Wheel app and realized that Privy already included that feature - and still on the free plan no less. Trek Light Gear is a national brand of ~15 years, but we still operate on a small biz budget and this is exactly the type of app & payment structure that there needs to be more of on Shopify. I know that as our sales volume and needs for fine-tuning the app grow I will be able to justify the software cost, but for now I'm getting exactly the functionality I need to continue growing our business without feeling like I'm being forced into a paid plan. That's a great ecosystem for service providers and small biz owners to help each other be successful and the way I wish more apps in the marketplace structured themselves. It's difficult to leave a review until I've had a need to restore from backup, but I am very pleased with the user experience so far so consider my review for that. Coming from a previous Magento site, the thought of not being able to backup on Shopify was too much - I've seen firsthand the things that can go wrong, especially when adding apps and editing the source code. While I do think this should be a feature built into Shopify and not something we should have to pay extra for, the app does a good job of showing me what's backed up and when and stays out of the way otherwise. The peace of mind alone is worth the small monthly fee - though if it was any more expensive I'd have reservations. Back to changing the world, one hammock at a time! https://www.treklightgear.com
