Great app. It's simple to use and when I had to reach out to support for help differentiating between retailers that carried different products, I got the most helpful response back - they sent a step by step breakdown of how to make the changes I need and saved me literal hours of work!

Rebuy has been a dream come true for us! We previously had a cart similar to their 'smart cart' that was entirely custom / non dynamic. Keeping it updated was extremely difficult and overtime it degraded. I love that we can keep our cart fresh and easily swap out different promotions and widgets. I can easily say we've seen a boost in both AOV and CVR. I'm excited to integrate Rebuy with more areas of our site including PDPs, homepage, etc. Also big shout out to Dante Maxwell for his incredible guidance and answers to my ever persistent questions! General chat support has been great as well, super fast and helpful.

This app really helps to solve gaps in Shopify, like bulk refunds. At first, I found the process a bit hard to navigate. However, 5 big stars for their support team. They offer email AND a slack channel to guide you personally. Leva was outstanding at quick, real-time support for me. She walked me step by step to success. I'm extremely grateful for her help and this interface.

Generally the app is a reliable solution for subscriptions via Shopify. When I hit trouble, the support team is very helpful. Patrick especially has been communicative, personal and proactive in his service.

Shogun has been a game changer for us. Our team is small and without dedicated developer support, so having an app that allows me and our graphic designer to create beautiful landing pages has been so key in scaling up our advertising efforts. We've constantly gotten request from buyers over the past few months to implement a way to send care packages to multiple addresses. This was an easy and very cost effective solution! We have some complicated code on our theme and Kevin was incredibly helpful in ensuring the app not only worked properly, but plugged into our theme in a clean way.
