This is a good app, I have tried a few but they can be expensive and some are so fiddly and difficult to understand. This is the only one that i could work out within 5 mins or so and the price is just about affordable and good value for lots of listings. Had an issue this morning and Kabita P helped me quickly and took on my suggestion for an improvement. Overall a good app.

This app made a difference, within a day of set up my sales picked up with Google. I needed to make some changes and had to ask for help - Taylor H popped on chat and he spent over 40 mins recording videos to show me what to do. Extremely helpful and knows the app and settings inside out. Plus he was very patient. Overall, I think this is a great app, great value and easy to use with accessible help if needed. Used other apps this is the only one that’ seems to get customers to actually respond. Had a tech issue and it was dealt with very quickly, Channelle responded to my queries almost immediately and went back to my query without issue even when I asked for more help outside of what was possible. This app has already helped with some assisted sales and I'm just getting started. Had some issues with integration and jumped on live chat and within 5 mins it was fixed by Costin C, no waiting, no fuss, just perfect, helpful and quick. Very easy to integrate and then to use. Managed to get up and running in less than 20 mins. Had a call to make sure everything was ok from a member of staff and my packages went off without a hitch same day. Prices are good too.

There was a conflict with my theme so placements didn’t work but Klarna helped put it right very quickly. Special thanks to Mimmi who went over and above on more than one occasion. Lots of report Klarna helps AOV so I’m glad it was sorted. Defo recommend the service.
