Delete the paid app and install this one, you won't regret it. We deleted a paid app that wasn't calculating discounts correctly and installed Wholesale Rex. After setting it up and running some test checkouts we were inspired to come leave a review. The discounts are spot on and it doesn't add ANY code to your site. We did a search through our theme to verify that this was true and all we found was the leftover code from the other app that we deleted. All in all this app seems to be a winner and the best part is it's free! We will come back and update this review if we run into any issues in the future but as for now we highly recommend this app. Thank you for your wonderful review! Easy to install and fairly easy to set up. I contacted customer service on a weekend with a question and Jasmine responded quickly. Despite being on their holiday their developer Marcus addressed my issue within minutes. I would definitely recommend the AVADA size chart!

Quick install and easy to follow tutorials for additional features. The theme was simple to set up and customize. We were also able to integrate our reviews app into the theme with one click. We reached out to Stephen with a request and received a response within minutes. Highly recommend!

Update: Changing our review from two stars to four. Route reached out with an apology and assured us that they have hired more customer service reps to help process the high number of claims they are receiving due to the pandemic. The errors from our previous claims have been corrected and new claims have been processed in a timely manner. It seems they have addressed their issues and are back to functioning normally. -------------------------------------------------- Before Covid this insurance was a dream come true for us, they took care of customer claims quickly and efficiently, saving us both time and lost revenue. However, since Covid customer claims are being processed incorrectly resulting in us having to cover the losses ourselves. We are disabling the app for now and hope Route is able to fix their issues and get back to running smoothly again!

We use three apps from this company and find them all valuable and time saving to our business. We started out on the free version of order printer and upgraded to the paid version after getting great feedback from our customers. They really appreciate being able to download their pdf invoice directly from the order confirmation notification. It's time saving for them as well as for us. We also purchased the customizable invoice and email templates so all our notifications and invoices match our store. The installation and set up were pretty simple but Bjorn did reach out to provide support if we needed any.

We needed a returns app that gives customers the option to look up their order using the phone number or the email they provided at checkout. So many returns apps still use the out of date process of only letting customers enter an email address. Clicksit saved us from having to manually process those returns. On top of saving us time it was extremely easy to set up and integrated perfectly with our store! Also love that we get an email alerting us that we have a return request waiting to be reviewed. We have zero complaints about this app and highly recommend it.

The app works well but really needs the option to let people enter their phone number to search for their order. We are still having to manually handle returns where people checked out with a phone number only. Edited to add that this app is apparently being discontinued. In the meantime it's difficult to access the dashboard because there are constant pop ups asking us to upgrade to the paid version.

Amazing customer service and the app was very easy to install. We're very excited to start using push notifications and have already started getting subscribers. Their customer service walked us through integrating with judge.me and they reached out to us instead of us having to reach out to them. Very impressive!

This app was pretty easy to install into the order confirmation email. I opted to use the pop up in the customer accounts instead of trying to do the coding myself. I appreciate that they offer that option for us non coders. All around a good app.

I tried a few different wish list apps before finding this one. I can honestly say this app has everything I was looking for! The ability to have a wish list that doesn't require the customer to log in is essential in my opinion! The customer service is top of the line. I added this app late into a Saturday evening and requested for them to set it up for me. Within a couple of hours it was up and running! They even customized it to match my theme. The next day, Sunday, I requested a modification and it was done immediately. I am rating this app five stars for being an outstanding app and also for the excellent customer service. Thank you!

Easy to set up and customize! Was able to easily integrate it with MailChimp. I've only needed help once (turning off the mailchimp welcome emails in Privy) and quickly found the answer in the help docs. I would definitely recommend this app!
