Can't say enough good things about this app. Best reviews app out there - easy setup, great outlook options, seamless integration and consistent updates/additions. Just added questions and answers and working great. It is also a fair price compared to some other apps that try to charge much higher amounts for additional integrations. On a basic level its a great app - it makes a streamlined process for customers to process a return on their own. However there are some missing key features that are lacking: 1. You cannot make custom emails. The ones they've written do not look professional and at times had poor grammar. 2. Not possible to process an exchange (maybe your customer got the wrong size, a faulty product, etc.) 3. You cannot create a set of custom parameters based on circumstances. For example you cannot specify how returns are handled for international purchases, purchases of items on sale, etc. 4. The it takes you to an outside page rather than allowing it to be done within your page. Some main updates would make it a great app, as the integration was quite easy and straight forward to use. I found the app worked okay and didn't have any problems, but in the end I didn't find the extra cost and added steps to be worth it. Perhaps my volume wasn't high enough to see the benefits but I found just using Shopify's system to carry out my orders and arrange shipping to be easier and cheaper. RARR Sportswear www.rarr.com

I have been using this app for a long time to make pages for my site. I tried quite a few and loved this one. Plenty of options for a building a custom page and support was always great. The best Live Chat app I've found. Instantly get messages from people visiting your store and can use the app on your phone to communicate with them. Also have some useful upgrade features if you have decent traffic to justify it. RARR Sportswear www.rarr.com

My first choice app for creating bundles. I tried several but this was the most straight forward and useful for it. My only constructive criticism is that you have to set up each variable in the bundle one-by-one, which is quite time consuming. There is also a limit of variables that can be used so if there are too many color or size combinations the particular bundle might not be possible. RARR Sportswear www.rarr.com

Love the app outlook and allows me to choose different presentation options on my site. I use it show customers when each size is out of stock at first glance, rather than the default click-down option from my theme.
