We have tried other AI chatbots. ZipChat stands on easy to retrain (althought sometimes even after training it commits the same misake), the answers are technical and very human-like.
A lot of work to setup it to discover that when you change the color in the app, the pictures doesn't change the color too. Besides, it creates a mess in your Packing slip.

Hi there — thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry the setup felt like a lot of work and then didn’t behave the way you expected. I understand how frustrating that feels. A quick clarification on what you’re seeing: - The color/image change feature in Avis is designed for the front-end product page experience (what shoppers see while selecting options). - After checkout, Shopify will always use the original Shopify variant image for Shopify Admin order view and packing slips. That’s Shopify’s default behavior, and right now there isn’t a way to replace those post-checkout images with option images. That said, the selected option values are still saved correctly on the order — only the image shown in Admin/packing slip remains the variant’s default. Our support team has already reached out to you by email with this explanation and next steps — please check your inbox. If you’d rather, contact us via Live Chat in the app or email help@avisplus.io and we’ll review your setup with you to ensure: - The product page swatches work exactly as intended, and - Your packing slip output stays clean and consistent with Shopify’s format. Best regards, AvisPlus Team
The layout is very beauty and helps customer to take the better decision instead of contact the support.
I’m using Crisp.AI on the Essential plan to handle customer inquiries, and I’ve noticed that the Copilot feature doesn’t work as well as it should. Previously, I used Gemini integrated with Gmail, and it consistently provided accurate answers, corrected my English grammar, and started emails in a more polite and professional way. Gemini also allowed me to introduce a custom prompt, and from there it generated a complete response. It always began with “Dear [Customer Name],” which added a personal touch. By comparison, Crisp’s MagicReply feels limited. When I use Copilot under MagicReply, it only gives me a plain answer—it doesn’t draft a full email. The “Predict” option often provides incorrect information, while the “Friendly” and “Formal” options simply rephrase my own message without adding personalization. Another drawback is how Crisp handles emails. In Gmail, it’s clear which messages are spam and which are real customers. On Crisp, they appear together, which makes management harder. Also, you can’t bulk-select and delete multiple emails—you have to open each one individually and mark it as resolved or unresolved. This is a clear UX issue, and the app would really benefit from a redesign. Another boring issue is that you cannot send images or videos to your customer if the file size is not supported, I need to see the limit is very low. The email formatation lacks the basic such as the font style and the font size. If you format your email outside, it will be completly unformated when you paste on Crisp. Also, no email search options. I previously tried Tidio and stopped using it due to the price, but I have to admit it felt more polished and better developed compared to Crisp. I am still tryng this app, but willing to give up. For a small business, it seems more work to set up it than to answer the customers using Gmail integrated with gemini.

Hello there, I'm sorry to hear that your are having a bad experience logging into your account. Can you please reach out to our support on the chatbox (right corner of the page) on https://crisp.chat or email us on support@crisp.chat. We'll be happy to support you and resolve this issue.
Pros Easy-to-use customer interface. The checkout process feels smooth and does not create friction if no fraud is detected. Cons Some parts of the installation instructions could be explained more clearly. For example, the section on webhooks does not make it obvious how to access them in Shopify. It is not clearly stated that basic plans do not include human agent support. There is no integration to automatically redirect customers flagged with medium or high fraud risk (by Shopify Risk Alerts or the NoFraud app) to complete KYC verification. This process must be handled manually by the Shopify admin, who has to contact the customer directly—introducing unnecessary friction.
If you have 1 product, with 10 colors, and 10 sizes, you will need to download 100x the same file (like if it is a product manual) to cover all of them. Insane.
It says FREE up to 50 orders, but you cannot do anything without starting to pay.

Thanks for the feedback and apologies for the frustration. Our free plan gives customers access to all features, albeit for a small volume of orders, plus, if you choose, you can trial the paid options for free for 14 days too. If you ever want to give us a try again feel free to ping me directly — jason@useamp.com. Cheers, Jase — Head of Product, Lifetimely
Pros: Beautiful layout Cons: 1)BUG: After manually editing a product cost, it returns to the original price. 2)Do not allow you to fully manually edit some data. 3) Inexistent support. I text on message, nobody ever there. Required email contact, nobody ever answered.

Thanks for sharing your feedback—we appreciate hearing what's working well and where we can do better! We're glad you enjoyed the layout! Regarding your points: - Pricing Display Bug: Sorry about the confusion here. The issue where edited prices reverted back visually was just a display glitch—thankfully, it didn't impact the actual calculations. We've already fixed it. Support Response: As a small team, we do our best to get back to everyone within one business day, but occasionally things get busy, and we have to prioritize paying customers. We're sorry our response time wasn't what you expected. We'll work on improving our support process.
I installed it just to be sure that all bad reviews here were true. Dear Twitter Bikes, Thank you for leaving your feedback. While we value input from our users, it is essential to address inaccuracies and provide context for other readers. After receiving your review, we engaged with you via email to understand your concerns. In that correspondence, you claimed that you could not view wholesale pricing on our platform. However, we demonstrated to you how wholesale pricing is fully accessible from the free start-up plan and that you can view wholesale pricing for all TopDawg membership plans, including the Business, Scale, and Premier Plans. Here’s how any user can view wholesale pricing: 1. Log In: Use your free Start-Up Plan account to access the dashboard. 2. Navigate: Click on the Product Catalog link. 3. View Pricing: Select the "View Pricing" option on any product tile, where wholesale prices are clearly displayed for all membership levels. Despite this explanation and our willingness to assist further, your responses were brash and combative, reflecting a lack of openness to understanding the platform. Your review also states that you installed the app "just to be sure that all bad reviews here were true," indicating a predisposed intent to leave negative feedback. Additionally, you spent a very short amount of time on our platform without utilizing any of our services or engaging with customer service. We also found it noteworthy that your business model, focused on selling a single brand of bicycles manufactured in China, does not align with the wide variety of product categories we specialize in. This raises questions about the purpose of your review. While we cannot speculate on external motivations, such as possible influence from rivals, your stated intent and actions suggest a lack of genuine effort to fairly assess our platform. TopDawg prides itself on transparency and empowering small businesses through our comprehensive dropshipping platform. Wholesale pricing, product details, and membership options are presented upfront to ensure users can make informed decisions. Reviews like yours, which are not based on a genuine exploration of the platform, misrepresent the value we provide and risk misleading others. We encourage potential users to consider the numerous positive reviews from retailers who have experienced success using TopDawg. If you have further concerns, we welcome constructive feedback and are always available at support@topdawg.com or 1-954-251-3176 to assist. Thank you for allowing us to clarify these points and provide transparency for our community. Sincerely, The TopDawg Support Team
PROS: This was the easiest app for finding your niche. I have compared with: SaleHoo, Modalyst, Spocket, AutoDS CONS: 1) All the products I have searched are more expensive on your platform than on Amazon. Why should I expect someone to buy from my humble store when they can go to Amazon (free shipping, easy return, better price)? Useless app. 2) Return is handled by the supplier. It means that I may have a lot of headaches without support.

If you have more than one store, it is hard to handle them through this app. This is my only concern why I do not use this app.

Pretty nice. It can help you even in the free version. I have used it and recovered more than $5000 in the first month.
The App is awesomely easy to install. Price is not affordable if you do not know if the campaign ll have success.
