We've tested a couple other apps before trying Navidium, including one of the best known apps. And I have to say, they are completely useless. A total waste of time, money and energy. Now....Navidium on the other hand, well - they are game changer! I highly recommend them. First, the app works. Second, it doesn't slow your site down. Third, your clients are happy and you are able to cover lost/damaged items with less stress and issues. So what's not to love? :) But most of all? The support, including the owner, is accessible, responsive and work HARD to make things right for those of us in ecommerce. The competition doesn't do that. If you are looking for an app, then stop your search and give Navidium a try!
This app makes life and reporting in Shopify so much easier! It allows details and info that you just can't get from Shopify as designed (one of many things you can't get from Shopify as designed.......but I'll leave that for another day!) Anyways, it's been a great help for us in determining several analyses that we needed. The only reason for not being five stars is that there is a learning curve. Not certain if it could be more user friendly or smoother in creating reports or not. So aside from the learning curve, it would be 5 stars. Also - shout out to their support people. They actually DO respond and reach out to you which beats many other apps. Thank YOU!
We finally got a lovely person (Katie) to provide us some support and help regarding the appin the end. But by that point there had just been too many issues to make it worthwhile. First, setup is not easy or smooth. Secondly, they modified some things in our checkout process that we didn't want and we had to have them resolve it. Next, we see clients adding it (or having it default and them not deselecting it) so ok....But we never saw or got notice of when a new order was needed to be shipped to a client. It was not a painless, smooth or easy process that they lead you to believe when making their sales pitch AT ALL. It also required you to log on over to their site and see and track things there. Sorry, I don't see that making life any easier. Then I guess we had 1 maybe 2 orders with issues and they reached out to us and said that we were having too many issues and had to raise rates/change the setup as it wasn't working for them. What?!?! In the end, it didn't save us any time, energy or ease of frustration with order issues. Spent awhile looking around at other apps and we'll move on to one of them. If we are going to have the headaches anyways, then why are we giving them the money? Would give it a 1 star were it not for the help Katie was kind enough to provide in the end.

Hi there, Thank you for relaying your experience. We’re so happy to hear that our wonderful CSM, Katie, was able to provide help and clarity in the end . We do apologize, however, for the rocky start. We’d be happy to look into your situation as well and do everything we can to further clarify and set things right. At times when merchants have additional assets on their page, or customized checkout processes as in your case, adding Route can require a few extra steps for a smooth setup. We do have a team dedicated to implementing the Route widget in such situations, and they can be reached at merchantsupport@route.com should you run into any future implementation snags. We are so sorry for the confusion caused regarding notice of when a new order is needed to be shipped. When an issue is approved for a reorder, our specialists notify the customer and an update is provided for merchants within the dashboard. Regarding tracking, we do require an account login for our merchant portal so merchants can securely track their customers’ packages and have visibility into issue statuses and order stats. Customers, on the other hand, are welcome to download and log into our Route app or follow the web tracking link in their Route confirmation email to track their packages. Again, thank you for sharing your experience, and our apologies for any confusion caused. All of your feedback has been passed along to our team. If you experience any further implementation difficulties, tracking inquiries, or other questions, please feel free to reach out to merchantsupport@route.com and we’d be more than happy to assist. All the best, Jordan, Customer Service
I rate this app with a 2 and that level is SOLELY due to the customer support, especially Angel in the middle of the night. But as far the app goes, usability and ease of use......it's a 1 at best unfortunately. Completely designed for developers and VERY technically minded people. And the videos that are made to explain things are done by someone that is technically and programmatically minded as well. Clearly the person who makes them does not make them for novices/intermediate level users. So for those of us with some technical knowledge and that have used WooCommerce and Wordpress for years, Big Commerce, Shopify and Magento for ecommerce as well - this thing is a massive headache to use. We only have been using it for the blog because what comes with Shopify is more basic than we need. But with the difficulties that we're having and the massive time suck it is to complete even one page or one high end post, I'm not sure that the ROI is close to being there. In addition, one of the features that is of most interest which is the integration to pull your products into your pages/posts is limited as supposedly the interface with Shopify only allows a few products to feed into Pagefly at a time. That means you then have to go find your product, get the link, remove the url and copy/paste the product into Pagefly and hope it might find it then.....WOW. Adding products into your posts at strategic locations should be intuitive and take no time at all......not here! Many of the features to do that aren't working and whether it's the app or the fact products/collections aren't interfacing from Shopify completely, idk - Combine that with the difficulty and non-intuitive carousel setup for products to post and be showcased at the end of a blog post a la Amazon and it's taking 2-3x as long to create a quality post as you'd ever spend in Wordpress. We are looking hard for other options to use than this and hopefully will find something that works well for us. I wouldn't ever recommend this product and wish that I had noted the naysayers more than I did BEFORE we got into this. Again, lovely support team and Angel is A REAL angel, but the app is not.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review on the App Store. I spent a lot of time reading your feedback and also thought about it many times. Customer satisfaction is always prioritized on top and our whole team is always trying to achieve this. We truly understand that PageFly is not easy to use for many customers, this’s the reason why we have been trying to improve PageFly better and better to make it easy to use. Because PageFly provides so many functions as well as featured to build high-converting stores, therefore, the UI can be a bit technical. We are improving UI and design to be more friendly. As you mentioned in your review, our video tutorials are also a little technical, we will take your feedback to our heart and improve video content to be more friendly. Regarding your other recommendations, we will discuss them with our Developers so they can check your requests. Once again, thank you so much for your detailed feedback and recommendations to PageFly and our service. We would like to keep you connected with us and assist you whenever you need. Please let us know if you have any further questions. PageFly | Kate - Customer Success Manager
I don't often write reviews and I never write reviews if I haven't used an app for awhile. But I wanted to for this product. Oliver has been great with assisting with setup and resolving any issues that have come along. I love how he's adding new features as users request them, can't beat it! Also, the app works and adds value to our site and our business. Now THAT's something we all need. It makes it easy for clients to reach you and for you to add an extra dash of professionalism to your site. Affordable, effective and easy to implement - Doesn't get any better than that!
This is fairly useful - it's like Zapier w/ access to your SQL database. In fairness, it's currently more handy in theory than in practice. https://www.dopeboo.com
we like our images small, very small. very helpful for the management of our large photo library. Thanks! https://www.dopeboo.com

Can't say enough about Eric - developer of this app. He's super attentive, and helpful and almost always available to lend a hand. https://www.dopeboo.com
Fast to set up, super easy and straight-forward. Page speed leaves a little to be desired, but it does what it's supposed to do! https://www.dopeboo.com
