Finally unlocked the power of this app and have long ways to go. Super smooth integration, i was a little skeptical at first but 4-5 days in i'm a believer of how organized and targeted this app can make your ads. To unlock this apps true value make the investment and upgrade your account to utilize the tracking tags, possibly the greatest feature of this app i've discovered so far. The creator of this apps understands his clients, Every step of the set up has instructional videos built into each page. well worth the money if you are going to take this app serious and actually put it to work for you. So far so good, teams beens super responsive and helpful via dashboard messaging. App is super smooth and clean, everyone will think you're a genius lol when you tell them you created a app for your store.

So far so good ! Super smooth app at first glance it looks more complicated than mailchimp but is 10x easier and has a better work flow. Unlike mailchimp it doesn't feel lagged as far as viewing your performance. Ive seen increases in deliverability with my automated mail cant wait to upgrade to Pro during Q4 :)

Great app, can't find a flaw, my go to for holidays and discounts. Works like a Charm.

This app is a complete scam, so far I've paid them $941.05 to be exact and not 1 if my chargebacks within 6 months fit into their very one sided and narrow criteria of a " Chargeback ". Fraudsters have gotten smarter and the the Most common chargeback I've experienced are " product not received " which are not covered by Signifyd.... For obvious reason... Fraudsters are bolder these days and use their own cards ship it to their own house and then tell their credit issuer they have not received the product even if you have signature required its a 50/50 chance you will lose these claims. At the end of the day Signifyd knows what it is doing by only asking for 1% of your sales because theres 1% chance any of your chargebacks will even getting covered by them. This service is worth no more that 9.99 a month as a security app you use to do your own background check on customers payments and try your luck. The whole " chargeback guarantee " is a SCAM.

Great app, simple and right to the point ! Really gets the job done.

Great app but What about exchanges ? As a small business we shouldn't be focused on returning money back but instead finding the correct item for that customer. Please add an exchange feature and ill pay 9.99 a month haha

Great app, 50+ sign ups in a month of adding to my shop. My old mailing list sign up was not getting the job done. I recommend this app if your mailing list sign up is lack luster

GREAT SIMPLISTIC APP, JUST INSTALLED IT LOVE IT ALREADY .

Great idea, doesn't work on mobile well. They have a few more things to fix, maybe instant sms messages sent to the phone of shop owners because when you see the message and click the notification to go to the app the message doesn't show up instantly.
