I've been looking for something like this ever since my store started to get hammered by Bots going to checkout and abandoning...thousands per day sometimes. Names would get over to Klaviyo in particular, and then my costs quadrupled for Klaviyo due to the number of active profiles. Since installing CartWatch, all of the fake names are automatically deleted from Klaviyo, and it is also squashing all fraudulent orders. Also, they proactively communicated to me when there was an issue preventing them from deleting a few dozen accounts-they told me how to delete them step by step and made it super easy. Highly recommend.

Excellent app. Easily allowed me to have a super useful filter for our collection of 600 plus products. I liked how it allowed us to have a scrollable collection page as well. I had to contact support about one thing (it was my issue with how my theme was setup) and they quickly identified the issue. Highly recommend.

Excellent app-integrates seamlessly with the Dawn theme. I like how it easily allows you to select variations and add it to cart without going to the cart page. I did have to contact support about one thing (when I found out I was using a theme version that was too old) and they quickly identified the issue, told me the fix and even included a short video to explain what was wrong. Super easy to implement, quick support and works seamlessly. I've been looking for a tool that allows us to do easy price testing but at an affordable cost to us. We're not a large store, but the price tag on this app is expensive but super fair for a company like ours. I had to reach out to support one time just to be sure I was doing things correctly, and Jeffrey responded within a few minutes. Highly recommended.

I heard about this service on a podcast, and I couldn't believe they integrated with Shopify and Klaviyo (two tools I use) and can send postcards to most people, even if they only have an email address! This was perfect for me. Setup was easy, but the staff was SO helpful on the creative and process to get setup. So far, highly recommended.

I've been using Shopify Reviews for 5 years, and decided I wanted a) to allow pictures and videos for my reviews, b) integration with SEO for Google and c) coupons to be easily sent as an incentive. After reviewing several options (there are a ton), I settled in on Opinew because of the strong customer testimonials on their product and service, the ability to easily import previous reviews (this was big) and the seamless integration with the Dawn theme (as well as meeing my requirements). The app did all this and more, and I'm so thankful that I took the plunge. I spent about 3 hours on this integration (customizing the theme, fine tuning the emails, importing reviews, etc). However, they had a ton of videos and help information to assist, and had great support that responded via chat almost immediately. Outstanding experience, and I cannot highly recommend this enough. When I went to the Dawn Theme (Shopify 2.0), they eliminated the "tags" at the top of each post, which is a challenge for our customers as we have a lot of blogs. Blog Posts Articles Filter Pro solved this problem by allowing easy navigation for our blogs. We had to get support when we moved from our Minimal Theme to Dawn Theme as the filters were initially not in alphabetical order, but this was solved within minutes. No kidding-the support was amazing. They even proactively recommended a style change. Absolutely great-highly recommended.

I've been using this product for about 2 years. I like it so much and it makes the task of getting a feed set up for Google Shopping so easy. We use it for our home business, as well as for my much larger "day job." Very, very useful and highly recommended. I should also note, that their service is great. Very responsive and thorough.

Uploadery has saved me SO many emails to my customers. Our product is a custom poster made from a photo that customers send to us, and this saved us so much time and frustration from our customers. We used to not have it, and now that we have it all the questions about where customers load their files are now gone! We've used this for about 2.5 years now. The support continues to be fantastic as well, when needed. Highly recommended!

I just installed the app today. Eric was GREAT and answered my questions, both before and after the installation. I can see the improvements that were made to my structured data. For those of you who are a bit impatient, it is supposed to take some time for the search engines to take effect, but you can immediately see the changes working when using the google tools. So far so good. I had difficulty working on this in Internet Explorer (the edits on the text were hard-I had to do one letter at a time). When I opened it in Google Chrome it worked out great!
