The team with Order Automator is so amazing! They helped me with a specific automation that I was wanting for my store and have always been helpful with any questions that I have!

This app worked great for Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Setup is straightforward and logical and has a lot more options than the native Amazon App. It also has a ton of other functionality that we will make use of in the future. Support has been great, we appreciate the outstanding service!

Great experience with Order Automator. It was easy to set up and easy to use. There are a couple of settings that you have to get creative depending on how you want it used. I use mine to get orders from Shopify to Amazon as a secondary fulfillment center. They were also able to add a custom feature for my business very quickly.

I use Order Automator to automatically cancel high-risk orders, and I love it! The developer is very responsive to feedback, and he's great to work with. I absolutely recommend this app.

Couldn't recommend this app enough, so easy to setup and use. It has completely changed and automated how we process orders. I even had a custom request so reached out to the team and they couldn't be more helpful. The request was quite rogue so I wasn't sure it would be possible, but they had a look and managed to get it to work! I would highly recommend this app for anyone on Shopify, it's a game changer.

We've tried the other MCF apps and found them either too expensive for what they offer or too complicated to manage. This app just WORKS. It's easy to set up and mapping products to your Amazon SKUs is a breeze. The only thing this app is missing is live shipping rates from Amazon but honestly not a deal breaker.

Best custom app for Shopify!

The App doesn't work to reroute orders to different locations in my store as my Apps auto fulfil orders :( "Unfortunately, Order Automator does not communicate with other apps, so if another app is handling fulfilment, our app won’t be able to override or prevent it from fulfilling orders"

We use the app it to send orders to our suppliers. About a year ago I submitted a request and asked if it is possible to add PDF files to the e-mail to our suppliers. This was not possible but the developers went to work and made it possible. I want to especially thank Joe and the rest of the team for all the work you did to cater to my needs. The app is very straightforward and easy to configure. Definitely to be recommended!

Amazing app and supportive developer. Must have.

Support is wishy-washy and gives you the run-around instead of trying to directly help you. They stated we could hop on a call and after multiple requests to schedule one, it wasn't addressed. Ultimately they couldn't provide the setup help I needed and I will find a different solution.

Excellent plugin with a lot of uses cases. I have used it for several different notifications in my business: -notify manual dropship vendor when an order is placed so they can fulfill (it uploads tracking info back to Shopify too) -alert us when someone who has issued a chargeback in the past places another order so we can deal with it -alert us when someone uses a PO Box so we can ensure the weight of the order is within USPS parameters -auto cancel high fraud flagged orders Customer service has been ultra responsive 100% of the time. Nothing at all bad to say about this plugin, it is WELL worth the small price.

This is a really helpful app. It helps us to easily and quickly see our orders by country. It is also gret if you want to be notified if a certain product sells. It does everything it says it does. The Order Automator team and Joe specifically have been fantastic. We used the Order Automator app to add a customers order count to packing slips within the app we use for our packing slips. Whilst this isn't an out of the box feature, Order Automator is fully customisable and after an email to the team, that had this feature sorted for us within a day. We first started using this app to catch fraud orders and that worked great. We then had to start using it to catch orders using discount codes because our inventory system has a bug. It's great when it works but every few months all the auto-fulfilment rules stop working and I have to delete them and reassign from scratch. It's fairly easy to do but a major hassle when we get free ticket "products" coming through every 2-3 minutes and I suddenly have hundreds to manually click fulfil on on the order page because the automater stops working on a product it'sbeen working perfectly on for weeks. Changed the rating to 4 due to the app team reaching out. When the issue next arise I will contact them and see if the issues can be sorted.

We've had the privilege of using this app for over a year. It easily automates orders between multiple fulfillment services, this includes FBA and Deliverr. The developers are incredibly helpful and easy to reach. We've been able to provide feedback and get certain features implemented upon request. They are continuing to improve the app and roll out new features. For example, the new Order Monitor feature has been able to properly flag and identify any late orders based on our monitoring rules. This has saved us a ton of time and expense on refunding missed orders! This is the best app that anyone needing to manage orders from more than one fulfillment service could ever ask for!

The app is great out of the box. We needed a little customization, and the lead developer Joe was very helpful! Within a few days, he implemented a custom rule to solve our gift card problem. We needed a way to fulfill gift card orders for US customers only. I could not be happier! I think this app is worth more than $10 or $20 per month. Great product.

I run a handmade shop, and this app has helped me save so much time by organizing all my orders for me. I can easily filter and sort orders by shipping speeds, locations, and even products purchased. This makes a huge difference since I make and ship the products myself. If I have any questions or require a custom rule, I get a reply and solution instantly. The developer, Joe, and his team are all very easy to talk to as well. Of the apps I have for my shop, this is the one that has the most value and the one I can confidently speak highly of.

It almost had the feature we were looking for, but not quite - so we reached out to their support to check how close/far off we were. In Shopify you can only set default fulfilment location, but with this new feature in the Order Automator app, it auto-changes fulfilment location based on ruleset such as the shipping address country of you customer. This app has been a core part of our site operations for some time. Now with the release of post checkout upsells we needed everything this app did but with a configurable grace period. Looked around for alternatives but nothing exists. I thought I was out of luck but after reaching out to the Speed Boostr team they were able to quickly build this new feature for me. (They even worked over the holidays) I cannot recommend this app or Speed Boostr enough. Feels great to know there is a strong team supporting me!
