We can't speak highly enough of this app. Having addresses validated at the time of ordering with prompts to prevent addresses we can't currently support has saved us so much time in checking and correcting any discrepancies with customers. We tried a couple of other solutions after launching but after getting really frustrated with them we decided to take a chance on Shippit. Setup was easy and a breeze compared to the others. The interface is clean and easy to understand and getting access to a variety of courier rates with corresponding timeframes is invaluable. The chat feature is also fantastic. We ran into a couple of issues initially in relation to courier timings and the customer service team were very helpful and patient with all our questions.

Lovely choice of templates, much more refined than the default Shopify options. The one-off purchase fee is great too and quite reasonable considering some of the other apps we looked at were charging the same amount as a monthly fee. We're using this app in conjunction with the Order Printer emailer one and the whole set up seems to work well and look professional.

Absolutely awesome service!! I had an issue with adding the wishlist heart button into the header of my theme so I contacted support and they were amazing, they went above and beyond to help which is tremendously appreciated. Honestly with how supportive they were and how quickly they helped I certainly won't hesitate to upgrade when the time comes!
