IGF is such a great app. We use Collabs, but the main issue is that they don't have an efficient way of sending products to creators. IGF solves that issue for us. Support from Neil is 10/10, and he even created an analytics dashboard after I asked him if this was something he could do. He is very responsive and will do his best to cater to our brand's needs.

Great loyalty app. We've migrated from Smile.io mainly due to the fact that Loyalty Lion has a dedicated landing page for rewards. The onboarding was great. They helped set up most of our structure and the migration was seamless. Our customers are loving how easy it is for them to see their points from their account.

We've been using Octane's Enterprise plan for 6 months and it has been worth every penny. We have an account manager, Valentina, who is amazing. She's very helpful and always brings new ideas to improve our ROI. Abandoned cart flows, Sponsored Messages, Click to Messenger ads, always bring in high ROAS. The tool is great and easy to use and would highly recommend it.

Great app! Easy to install and results in many reviews from our customers which are almost always positive! We created a Reviews only page that is great for social proof using their copy/paste widget. They answer very quickly if there are any issues.

Truth be told, we'd be lost without Gorgias. We've used other customer support apps in the past and they don't come near to Gorgias. It syncs seamlessly with Shopify and is extremely easy to use. You can set Macros for quick responses, quickly assign tickets to other agents, etc. This app is a MUST. Their support is also very helpful in case you run into any issue. 5 stars all the way.
