Using Attentive has been super easy and helpful for our marketing efforts. Creating and monitoring campaigns is user friendly and easy to stay organized. They offer various analytic reports to help monitor performances. AI Grow is also a useful addition to offer more sign-up units and grow our audience. The support team is super responsive and everyone I've interacted with has been very friendly and helpful.
Christina answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I was confused about updating email flows and I learned that updating a flow that is set to "live" means that my updates were made in real time and will send to designated customers according to each flow. Thanks for the help, Christina!

This app has elevated our storefront! We loved the basic features so much that we decided to upgrade for more features and the app team was so helpful to get everything configured the way we needed. The scheduling feature has been incredibly helpful for sales and holidays. The badge features are highly customizable so we can even have the option to add our own icon when we need to. Highly recommend!

Florencia and the Dev Team are miracle workers. We reached out about some of our store's most heavily customized products that needed additional coding and they made the changes within a few days! Works great for customizing options! We use this as a jewelry brand for our customized pieces. We really love the many styles to create option sets and love that we can have some hidden when needed. It really helps create a better user experience for our customers. And, they have great customer service for our specific questions about configuring options. Jeff was a huge help with getting our questions answered, and fast!
We've been using adroll for a few years and now cannot be happier with their service, hands down the best retargeting platform!
